I will not bring my car anywhere else again. From the moment of walking in the door Christian was quick to greet me, super professional and nice. Walked me to the cozy waiting area, super cute and nothing you would expect at a mechanic shop. They got my car taken care of in less than 30 minutes. I was shocked I never had an experience like that anywhere else. They really made an impression and I am very happy with the service.

The service was not originally satisfactory but the owner contacted me and he took a second look at the vehicle, he found the issues of the car and he did it at no extra cost. He was really understanding and he address my concern really well and got me the answers I needed. They even got me an Uber ride back home when I dropped off the car. The people in the office were really friendly and professional.

I had a very good experience here. As a young woman I always always get car shops trying to charge me extra for things I don’t need (what they don’t know is my dad owned a towing business and knew all the mechanics in the city growing up so I know all the tricks). I always have to defend myself and show my knowledge to get any respect. Here I didn’t have to do that. They did the oil change as I asked, and gave me the recommendations for my mileage (which is a standard). They got me an Uber back so I wouldn’t have to wait and setup and Uber when my car was ready. They have fair and honest

I looked for a shop to work on my 2012 VW Van for months before stumbling upon Autoworks. It is certainly a gem and I'm grateful to have ended up at this shop. It is quite a drive for me, but it is well worth it. Deborah and Christian were amazing through the entire process of finding parts that were not easy to procure. My van runs amazingly now and I could not be happier. Since having my van worked on, I have also had my elderly mom's car repaired at AutoWorks as well. We are both very grateful for this shop. Honesty and integrity are difficult to come by these days especially in the auto repair

The team at autoworks Tampa did an amazing prompt job on my 5 series bmw. Customer service was excellent, the moment you walk in you can tell the difference from regular mechanic shops, the way everything is set up, organized and how they take care of you.

They don't do tire replacements and I have a flat so that's unfortunate.
I was very happy with their oil change price and with their customer service and with their email summary of work completed. I'll definitely be back for my next oil change. Under $40 for full synthetic 5 quarts is tough to beat.

Couldn't be more pleased with my experience at AutoWorks of Tampa! I dropped my car off for a $1 oil change and they called me an Uber to the meeting I had 15 minutes away. When my meeting was over, they called me an Uber back to the shop so I could pick up my car. They even replaced the battery in my key fob! Everyone I interacted with was very nice and beyond professional. I highly recommend AutoWorks of Tampa!

Called a week ago, was impressed with how professional the contact person was. Had intentions of coming in as a walk-in but circumstances forced me to postpone visit. Got a follow-up text from the desk this past weekend, asking if I still wanted to bring my car in. Included a tip about the best time to bring it in.
This place actually has real mechanics, who are there to fix problems instead of just throwing parts at the car. This is increasingly rare in the modern auto shop.

I absolutely LOVE AutoWorks of Tampa. Their customer service is off the charts! They paid for an Uber to take me home and bring me back, they got the job done faster than they told me, and told me I didn't need to rotate my tires when I asked them to do it because they knew it was the best thing for the car when other places would've done it and charged me for it just to make more profit. They truly take care of their clients. Mick and Debbie are amazing to work with and the communication is impeccable! You need to use this place!!

Having recently bought a pre-owned Volvo and it being our first lengthy trip together, I decided to take the car to Autoworks to have it looked over before departing home to Chicago. Despite the limitations placed on us due to COVID-19, the staff at Autoworks was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest in their assessment of the car and the service needed to keep it up-to-date on scheduled maintenance and the wear items needed at the time. I have called this place based on the reviews to get a quote on the repairs for my car. I have told them the make and model of the car and asked for a quote for the maintenance i was looking for so i could compare with other quotes i have. Requested for The parts they are going to use and the labor separately. They called me back and said they cant give quotes over the phone and i have to go the shop to get a quote. Told them i wont be able to go there just to get a quote. i am not looking for a diagnosis or approving the work to be done just asking for a quote but i could t get that. I guess need

I've got a 2015 Chrysler 300 and was told only the dealer can work with the AC system because of a newer refrigerant "1234yf". Well the dealer told me that I was "leaking everywhere" and needed to spend $2,200 to have repairs. Not having the money I called around and finally found Auto Works. They're set up with the latest equipment and training and I spent less than $350.00 to have 52 degree air! Don and the staff are amazing. When I initially read the reviews for AutoWorks of Tampa (both on Yelp and Repair Pal), I thought this place was too good to be true (8 5-star Yelp ratings and 65 5-star RP ratings). Fortunately, I was wrong...this place really deserves all of those great reviews.

After having a set of new tires installed I was in the search for an alignment. I was referred to Bob and couldn't be more pleased with the experience.
My car rides smooth and straight, they even had it washed before handing it back over. They gave me a loaner to use for the day, too (awesome)!
