They did my brakes for me, I had a rotor from a salvage yard but the salvage yard gave me the wrong rotor this guy got me a brand new rotor at no extra charge from what he said in the beginning, which was half what most the other shops quote me so I recommend them.

The best place you can go to. I brought my car in to get repaired. Instead of just putting anything in there and charging me it was only the gas! Eric is honest! And they don't charge nothing for estimates! My car was there for 4 days. He worked tirelessly on my car to figure out why it wouldn't go forward. Nothing was wrong with my car only the gas and told me where to go! The best guy you can take you car too and the greatest company! I recommend this place!

Eric and his crew were great, very friendly and efficient. Extremely reasonable prices, didn't have to wait long, didn't have an appointment, though I recommend getting there early a.m., very busy shop. Needed a new muffler and got to watch while he installed it. Thanks Big Mechanic, highly recommended!

First time doing business with this shop. Needed a major A/C repair (new evaporator, requiring complete dismantling of the dash). They gave an estimate $1000 less than a competitor. Did the work quickly and efficiently, and actually charged just a bit less than the estimate. Very happy with their service, will use again.

Dropped my car off to have an exhaust leak fixed. They were really professional and he explained what the issue could be and said he would put it on the lift and find out exactly what it was before making any repairs. I have always taken my car to big mechanic since i moved here two years ago because of their honesty and professionalism

I had some major steering issues going on with my vehicle. These guys helped me figure out the problem and get it back on the road quickly. I love Dade City. Well I went in to replace my Catalytic converter that they installed 13 month ago Warranty states 5 year or 50 Thousand mile factory warranty. Well that warranty means squat to Muffler brake city so to get over on the consumer they want to sell you a new one for 277.00. Well finally we settle at 194.00 for a new install. I left the truck 8:45 am no phone call all day finally I called they tell me its ready I arrive 4:30 Seven hours 45 min later truck still uncompleted on the rack they finally tell me it's finish 30 min later O2 sensor not plugged in there was a exhaust leak the welds were

I left another mechanic after getting new tires put on my suv with a long list of repairs that would soon need to be handled, totaling $1400. I stopped here asking them to take a look at the brakes, rotors, etc etc and was told I only needed brake work, totaling $130. I showed them the list of repairs I was given at the other shop and they confirmed the only work I needed done was to my brakes. They were friendly and professional, and saved me a ton of money. I'm very thankful and will always return for my vehicle maintenance and service
