Simply amazing guys ( and gals) at this auto service garage. I am a new resident in town and had a engine check light come on in my Porsche C4S a few blocks from the garage. Steve took me in right away, did the diagnostic and fixed the problem in 24 hrs !!
Two days later I got a text from David checking in to see all was well.. now that is a kind of service I really appreciate.
I will be there client for my other Porsche Cayenne GTS too.

I went there in an emergency situation after Volvo of Tampa tried to tell me that I needed to spend $7,500 on an engine rebuild. Rennen assessed the situation, changed my oil, added an additive, and changed my oil pressure sensor for $300. So far, so good and my engine is still running just fine. I plan on using them exclusively from now on and we will also be bringing our VW to them for repairs and maintenance. They really could have taken advantage of me, given what I had already been told was wrong with my car, but they didn't and for that they earned two new customers.

Rennen kept my poor old Mini Cooper running (as well as possible) for me for a long time; and so I will only bring my new Mini convertible to them for service now and in the future! These guys are great! Had me laughing and in stitches from the first phone call. The service is excellent and the gave me a list of recommendations of things that may need some attention soon. They are AMAZING!
I have been in the market for a Porsche Boxster for a while, and my first time there was when I had to bring a 1998 Porsche Boxster for a Pre-Purchase Inspection.
They told me everything that was wrong with it and that it need it $5000 worth of repairs, so I decided not to buy that one.
A few weeks later, I purchased a 2008 Boxster that needed rotors and brake pads replaced and an oil change. All of that cost me $1350 at Rennen Imports, and it was all completed in less than 24 hours!

Stand up crew that helped me avoid a financial disaster. Was considering a 2015 Porsche Macan S and brought it to them for an inspection. I knew it had a few issues, but the options were just too good so I was hoping it was fixable. The team at Rennen explained that was just the tip of the iceberg and documented a litany of fault codes and mismatched parts that I wouldn't have ever expected from a well-known dealership.

This is the kind of place you always hope you will find but rarely do! From the first moment I called for my BMW 3 series to be towed to they were both friendly and inspired confidence. After having my car misdiagnosed by a BMW dealer I was overjoyed to have someone spend the time to find the real problem and then talk to me about my options. They treat your car like it was their own and I came out pleasantly surprised by how reasonable the final bill was!

Brought in a 2012 BMW X5 in to be checked out before purchasing from a dealership. Hank took the time to explain everything. He also showed me some significant problems that the dealership was clearly trying to hide or at best hope would be ignored. There was significant oil leaks and Hank showed me that the drive belt had been replaced showing many of the signs of damage that could ultimately lead to engine failure. Outstanding mechanic and highly recommend them, especially if you are considering a used import.
