Really appreciated Carlos Chavez the shop manager going above and beyond to replace my brake rotors under the intent of the warranty even though it was several weeks past the actual warranty expiration. I should also note that I have brought my wife’s car here in the past for new brake pads (which the Kia dealership was adamant needed replaced immediately) only to be told by this Brakemax that not only did they NOT need to be replaced immediately, they didn’t even need to be replaced for another year! These guys have integrity and stand behind their work and I will continue to bring my vehicles

We are traveling this winter with a motor home and tow car. We picked up a nail in the tow car and needed to have it fixed. As this was a moving day we needed to get it fixed that day. I walked in and they said it would be 2-hours. 30 minutes later I walked out the door and to beat all there was no charge for a flat tire repair!!! Kudos to BRAKEmax tire and service for making what could have been a frustrating experience a pleasure.

I set an appointment to fix a slow leak in one tire. The online appointment scheduler was easy and Carlos at the shop promptly confirmed the time and date. At the shop the service was prompt and the staff was helpful , courteous and professional. The shop was clean and well organized. This is a good place to have your vehicle serviced.

After find out i couldn't get my tire fixed from another tire place after getting a nail in my tire. I realize I need new tires. I call several places with not much luck to get it fixed that day and most tire places had a long waiting list. I am handyman contractor and need my truck every day so need it fixed asap.

Today I went in for an oil change and to have my front end looked at. BrakeMax took care of the oil change then took me to my vehicle to show me what needs attention on the front end. Javier, manager at this location, was awesome. He took the time and patience to go over what was wrong with my front end. It needed to be fixed and sooner than later. I bit the bullet to repair it. I wanted to wait because it was going to be a big hit to the wallet, but the more I thought it through, the more I knew it was for the safety of the vehicle. As of 4/30 still waiting to hear from someone per that managers reply. A lot of words, no actions from the people at BreakMax. Just shady people and a shady business. I also want to note that while I was cleaning out my car this week, I found some large piece of grey plastic in the glove compartment that wasn't there before. I'm anxious to find out where it came from, in case I'm looking at something they broke that could cause me further issues later on as someone also posted in another review.

I got a set of four new tires from Discount and thought it be worthwhile to check the alignment. I called to see if the alignment rack was available and was told yes and to come right over that they could fit me in. I was there within five minutes but when I arrived every bay was full and the alignment rack busy. Brushing it off I left my keys and asked to check the alignment. They called an hour and a half later and said the alignment was completed and to come pick up the vehicle.
When I picked up my car I asked for the diagnostic report of the results before and after the

I have had $1300 in repairs here over the last few months. So far I am happy that my car is running well and I am happy to have found a car repair shop near my house that can work on my '08 Prius. After a $900 repair I needed more work done on my car after only a few months. I think it's because my car is old. When I found that I needed the 2nd repair I called and THE rudest man answered the phone. He talked to me as if I was 5 years old and hung up on me! I eventually spoke to someone else but don't be surprised if you're a women and get treated like an idiot by the repair

Took my 2010 Ford Fusion to BRAKEmax at 3245 N. Swan Rd, in Tucson, Az. I had hit a speed bump and all of a sudden the brakes weren't working right. This is the best auto repair business. I've brought my 2002 Kia Sportage here since 2003 and have been more than pleased with their expertise and professionalism. Gary, the manager, is so nice and accomodating when I've had to leave my car for more than a day. Kevin, one of the mechanics who works on my car, is extremely proficient and professional. Had some horrible noises coming from the driver's side wheel well when I turned to the right... but only after driving for longer than 10 minutes.
(NOTE: When reading this review, it is important to know that the shop was a SHORT distance away from my home and it was about 40°F)
Initially, they couldn't find anything wrong with car. Everything looked good underneath and the noise couldn't be replicated.
I happily hopped into my car and drove away.
The noise suddenly started again after I drove for about 4 miles, I called and Ricardo recommended I immediately return to the

Gary at Brakemax is v good . Unfortunately the rest are not willing to understand your problems and are just guided by dumb policy.
i had my escalade serviced with them since two years. last servuce was like two weeks back- wife took it for service . I knew battery is upfor renewal but they dudnt mention anything about it. 15 days later , battery went dead in am and i knew it needs replacement - tried to jump it but caught sparks so i was afraid . went to them to come help me as i stay right opposite at summerlin villas - guess what - we cant help u , get it towed here was their answer!
