We recently had a home inspection by Marc Rodrigue, and it was a great experience. Marc walked us through each aspect of the home he was inspecting, taking questions along the way. This included what to look for when it comes to the more expensive components of the home (i.e. heating, electrical, etc.), general advice on upkeep, and other extremely useful information to be aware of as a homeowner. The inspection also came with a detailed report on exactly what was conveyed to us during the inspection. I would highly recommend Striler Home Inspections and Marc Rodrigue!

I recently had a home inspection conducted by Greg Prew and Brian of Striler Home Inspections. I spoke with Jessica over the phone who was very informative and assisted me in setting up the appointment. I needed the inspection done last minute and Jessica assured me that this wouldn’t be an issue. Greg and Brian were extremely knowledgeable and informative. Very in depth home inspection, and they explained what they were seeing the entire way! It’s an antique house, so finding an inspection company that really knew how to evaluate old buildings for potential issues was really important to me.

My inspectors were very thorough and even checked a few things they're not required to inspect. They were especially good at explaining the things they are required to inspect and things to look out for, going forward in my new home. The best thing about the whole thing is how nice and laid back I felt around my inspectors. They really put me at ease and made me feel like no question was a dumb question. The emailed report for my home inspection was also spectacular. It included pictures and descriptions of each item to make it even easier to remember what in particular the report is referencing

Marc Rodrigue was very pleasent and informative. As this was the first house I've looked at buying I was truly at a loss on how home inspection goes and Marc was understanding and explained all the points positive and negative in a detailed fashion that anyone could understand and appreciate.
