I absolutely recommend Alexander's if you have a foreign car. They are super helpful and quick to communicate. I have a Mini Cooper S that ended up with a few issues and they let me know in detail step by step the problems and the severity of them. I haven't been to a lot of auto repair shops, but Alexander's customer service and workmanship is amazing.

There are so many good reasons why we are loyal to Alexander's - knowledgeable, skilled, honest and affordable. Here is a great example of how they treat their customers and why we'll always come back: My husband called to schedule a tire rotation ahead of a planned road trip. Wrong info. I wasn't at Alexander's Imports I was at Iggy's Auto Repair. On that note, Iggy's is down the street at The NW corner of Minnihaha and 37th Ave. Iggy is one of the MOST HONEST mechanics I've used for multiple vehicles and have never left unsatisfied. He is fair with his prices, never trying to gouge me and has an hourly rate lower than standard industry standard. Importantly as the rate his quality of service and care isn't sacrificed! I called about all estimate for a specific job. I informed the individual I was speaking with that I was in search of a secondary mechanic and told them the job I was inquiring about I was also considering performing myself.
They informed me that it was a long daunting job to do and they would call back with their estimate later.

Very punctual and knowledgeable on what should be your biggest priority to get fixed first. Well worth the hour drive for both their engine and drivability inspection. Excellent at responding back to calls, I will be returning with any bigger issues.

William and the crew at Alexander's is top notch! Brought my Z3 there for radiator, belts, pump replacement.
