I was just recently living there. I was in a of the building that burned down. I would never live there again. The rental office, the maintenance is unprofessional. I was burned out my apartment by fire I didn"t calls, now they trying to charge me a move out fee of $495. I would never move there again

I currently live here and I'm so glad I'm leaving in few days. My apartment is next to the laundry room but unfortunately it's a smoking room to a group of 5 or more every night. I called the leasing office and I was told to call the police. My apartment is the headquarters of mice. The mold in my kitchen and bathroom is another story. My request to put my husband on the lease was rejected, request to have a parking sticker for him was also rejected. THIS PLACE IS FILLED WITH MICE AND THE MAINTENANCE REFUSE TO HELP. I CALLED 5 TIMES REGARDING THIS ISSUE. I EVEN EXPLAIN TO THEM AS TO WHERE THE MICE IS COMING FROM AND CAN SOMEONE COME FIX THE PROBLEM AND THE MAINTENANCE MANAGER SAID ITS NOTHING HE CAN DO. I LITERALLY HAVE VIDEOS OF THIS MICE CREATING A HOLE IN MY KITCHEN CABINET. THIS IS JUST STRAIGHT UP NASTY. IF I WERE YOU I WOULDNT RENT HERE

Neat and cool apartment. after complaining to the management about my car being towed away, Mr David looked into it and I got a refund. We just got our lease renewed and I want to say thank you Mr David for helping out once again on our new lease. you are so appreciated sir. I’m a current resident here. It’s definitely a melting pot in all complexes. I’ve lived here for 3 years, my kitchen cabinets were replaced twice because of MOLD, my toilet was replaced because of water damage. My apartment is a basement level unit, a breeding ground for MOLD and poor air quality. August 1 I happily gave my 30 day notice, with no where to go. MOLD has grown and attached itself to everything in my apartment and I do mean everything.
