3/2 dropped off Canada Goose for dry cleaning. Coat is only a few months old. Excellent condition.
I picked up my coat and it was faded, shrunk, stained, toggles broken, threads coming out, etc. Coat is ruined.
Gave manager/owner Paul all photos of 'before' and 'after'. He does not respond to e-email or phone calls and and says things like, "I don't work 24/7", "I'm done" etc.
On 3/9 he saw the coat in person and insisted he take it to their "Plant Manager". I ONLY gave him permission to do that. He said he would contact me that

The service was terrible. The clothes reached 2 days after the original delivery date and the work was not even done properly even after the delay. The clothes sent for dry clean were not properly cleaned and was not taken care of at all. They did not even fold the clothes. The same was repeated after these clothes were sent back for dry clean again. I was also told that I will be getting a refund which I still have not received and it has been over 2 weeks. This has pretty much been the worst experience and I definitely would not recommend.

I've been a customer of Bush Cleaners on Newbury for 5 years. I was recently given a $10 coupon which expires at the end of the month of June. I had more than $10 in laundry I dropped off a week ago. When I tried redeeming the coupon today I was told that I couldn't redeem it because you have to present it when you drop off the laundry to be cleaned. This is such a BS practice! The coupon reads "Auto-Reward" and also reads "Present this award at a future visit to redeem". No where does it say "must be presented when your items are dropped off". #shadybusinesspractices

When I first arrived the computer was out of service. This was fine as they appeared to keep good records. On dropping off my item I pointed out a number of stains on the front. I was assured it wouldn’t be a problem.
On return I inspected my item and two prominent stains were still there. The gentlemen then told me they wouldn’t do anything more to take them out.
In my opinion, the unwillingness to try to help compromise in the situation for services poorly rendered as well as the number of excuses / conditionals given are a mark of bad customer service. I will not be coming here again.

I live in a high rise in the Back Bay with several laundromats offering pickup and delivery. I switched to Bush because they pick up and deliver everyday and are generally more reliable. Sometimes I will go to their location in the Pru and I am always impressed that they know who I am and they always give me accurate information about when I can expect things. The people there are hard working and very customer friendly.

The store does not really care about customer service, and the attitude goes for the entire company, the owner's words makes guarantees and then an hour later says he cannot fulfill his words.
The credibility of this store is nonexistent, your garments are in high possibility of damage if you send them to this cleaner.

This place is a joke. I only used them because my condo building gave me a starter kit from them and I stupidly assumed it would be a good company. I was grossly overcharged about $75 dollars for a cotton Kurta pajama (man's dress with pants), a Salwaar Kameez (women's dress with pants), and one silk blouse.

I am very happy with my experience with Bush Cleaners. I first came here because my 300$ brown leather boots had water damage after I got stuck in the rain one day. At first they weren't sure if they would be able to fix them, but the boots came back looking brand new! The rain marks were completely gone and they polished them for me as well.
They were very quick, I picked them up a day later and I don't think I paid more than $15. It was a little pricey but totally worth it because these were my favorite boots and they did a great job.

Not sure exactly what location this review is for, but I'm super happy with Bush's work.
I sent a lace dress out to be dry-cleaned. They picked it up at my apartment building for no charge and returned it within a few days. They did a great job. Dress is super clean and doesn't have any weird chemical smell.
I felt the price $15-$20) was a little high, so that's why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5. But then again, all Boston area dry cleaning is expensive, so it's not that outrageous.

I decided to try them out since my building offers them as one of our dry cleaning services. I sent a pair of black slacks...and decided to send in my trench coat (that was pretty clean anyway) to see how well they cleaned/pressed before I sent in more expensive coats and items.
My clothes came back smelling like a large sweaty man who urinated in my clothes and wore them for five days in 100 degree humid weather. No, I'm not exaggerating. In case I

So, I got these amazing pants with a broken zipper. This is place is tiny, but clean, there is also shore repair counter in there.
The girl who checked in my pants, managed to misspelled both my first name and my last name[after I repeatedly spelled them out numerous times]. She wasn't so friendly, but whateves. She said it will cost around $14. I brought the pants in on Sunday. She said they will be ready on Wed, after 5 pm.
I come back on Wed, the pants are ready. The girl at the counter is a little nicer and friendlier. My pants look ok, the zipper works, however they didnt replace
