Incredibly rude service. The store advertises "same day cleaning" but when I asked for a single shirt to be cleaned for the next day (it was still the morning) the woman complained and criticized me the entire time I was in the store. I thought she was joking because it was so unexpected but it was unfortunately clear she wasn't. I've never experienced anything like it.

So after walking 10 min from my office to the store in Kendall with an armload of clothes in need of cleaning and minor repairs, I arrive to a sign on the door - "Sorry, be back soon". No times we will be back. No reason. No place to wait with an armload of clothes.
Sorry Clevergreen, your services are fine, and I'd pay your high prices, but you… actually have to be convenient. Or how about open when you say you will be. That would be nice. I don't begrudge your staff a coffee or bathroom break, but put enough people on so you don't have to close for them to do so.

I have always had pleasant experiences with Clevergreen. It's nice to go into a drycleaner and not be innovated by horrible smells. My clothes smell fresh and clean. I am chemically sensitive and can't use regular dry cleaning. So, overall I have been very happy. They are always friendly and service is great. I have never had a peice of clothing lost or damaged.
