A great community that I called home for 3 years while working in Minnesota. I miss everything about it. From the great management and staff to my friendly neighbors, I wouldn’t choose any other place to call home if I was still living in Minnesota. Move in/move out was seamless, maintenance and cleaning was always prompt and consistent, and I was always greeted with a nice “hello” by everyone. I made my first MN friends here after moving from FL, who have now become lifelong friends... all thanks to the Island!

Love all these "local guides" giving 5 star reviews from driving by the apartment taking pictures from the road... these people don't live here, nore have they probably even been in the building. They are driving around giving reviews on AppleBee restaurants trying to increase their google "guide rank" to redeem rewards from google...... "Building looks nice from outside, it's on an island and it has a pool! 5 stars!!"

I recently Resigned my lease with The Island. I'm afraid ill never want to move out! There are several reasons I like living there. Its Pond and walking trails are very quiet and peaceful. The Pool, grills, and Party room are the best I've seen (and open to use them whenever you please without a deposit). Friendly staff is also a plus. Sure, you could save a few hundred dollars and get a remodeled apartment in the area, but the Island is well worth the extra money. 5 STARS!
