I was the client of another Statefarm agent where I had an AWFUL experience. I found the office for Philip Williams online and the first person I spoke to that actually listened to everything I said was Mr. Jose Marin. Jose was courteous, extremely helpful, professional and got right down to business in helping me with everything I needed. He even made me laugh and after that experience with the other agent, I needed to laugh! Statefarm is a great insurance but without its agents and the team surrounding them, it would not be where it is today. Thanks to Jose Marin and everyone else in Mr. Williams’

I was very anxious about my appointment with Mr. Marin but as soon as I met him he truly made me feel like part of the State Farm family. When he told me what my premium for car and renter’s insurance would be I felt so relieved and of course happy. Mr. Marin was helpful, professional, and kind. I highly recommend this State Farm Office and of course Mr Jose Marin!

I just switched to State Farm after being with geico since I could drive. The rates and coverage were very similar. However, I underestimated how nice it is to have a consistent point of contact when questions come up. Heather was great throughout the entire setup process and super responsive. I’d definitely recommend this State Farm agency.

Jose Marin was so helpful in getting me set up for mortgage and car insurance. He is friendly, professional and dedicated in giving the great customer service he provides. He kept us very informed throughout the process and answered our many questions with ease. He responds fast to emails and is always available for a phone call. I've been with this agency for several years and they have been always had my best interest at heart. My agent Jose Marin is the best. I'm even been able to call him for just guidance concerning my insurance. He won't pressure you into getting something you don't really need. Like he told me, he treats people like he wants to be treated. And it's so very true.

After hearing that State Farm is the only mainstream insurance company offering insurance on drones, I called customer service to ask some questions and I was automatically transferred to this office. Since drone insurance isn't a common request, I figured I wouldn't get answers until someone researched it.
Jose was knowledgeable about drone policies and took the time to explain everything to me. He gave me a quote and was in the process of setting up the policy when he called me back and said it'd be cheaper than he originally thought (I appreciate his honesty).

My agent José Marín is extremely helpful and is prompt with any questions. I moved my car here from out of state and my prior insurance nearly tripled. José was able to not only get me a better rate but included multiple policies that serve me wonderfully. I highly recommend State Farm in New Windsor and specifically ask for José.
