Elen initially told me that it will take 30 mins for the technician to arrive. i called few times to ask about the ETA; every time I called it was 35 min more... few hours later, i decided to call and cancel there towing. Since I called another towing company who promised to come immediately. Elen was very rude and told me that there is a charge of $49.99 (for whaaaaat???)... I did not agree on this; tried to discuas, but Elen said she is not here to discuss and hanged up the phone!!!!
I never agreed on a $49.99 charge and I will be happy to take this to court.
