Got a tire leak, called them up and they were able to accommodate me right away. Manager at the desk upfront made sure the job was completed to my satisfaction before charging me. I was in and out in 20-30 minutes and the tire repair cost was very reasonable.
It's an honest shop, no pressure or up selling like you'd see at other sleazy repair shops. Will definitely do business with them again.

Doug an Jim were very helpful and friendly, my rear passenger tire had a leak, It was the stem on tire that was the issue. I didn't have an appointment, I was just driving to work when it happend and they were the nearest tire shop in the area. They told me that it would be about 1 hour but they had it done for me in about 20 minutes. Thanks guys

I have been coming to this place since I was 16 years old with my first car ever! After 30 years they have been the best price, value, safe and reliable source of tire service for me and my family. I would give zero if Yelp let me, but seriously the manager with the glass & hardly any hair, needs to be cool with his attitude with customers... I mean you guys did a good job taking care of my car. BUT there is no need to grab my keys from me like a rude d*** & be rude when I ask you a question. SMH. Honesty, respect and quality is what Stevenson Tire is all about. When I called about replacing a tire on my sons car I was told that I would be taken care of. I was spoken to as if I was a longtime customer. When I got there my car was brought in immediately and within few minutes of the tire being removed I was given an update on the next steps. Within 20 minutes of that call I was paying for the service and out the door. These guys mean business and they are not about wasiting your time. They have a wide variety of tires and a great team! Great place to get your tires done. I had a problem with one of my old tires. Starting from the first call, Doug was courteous and quick in providing guidance. The job turned out to be a little more time-consuming and Doug delayed his lunch to ensure I get the car back on time. Doug gave honest and fair estimates; he does not engage in upselling things that can wait. I would definitely use this location for my car services in the future. Huge thanks to Doug and his team.

Updating review for this year. Been going to Stevenson Tire since we moved to Fremont. My wife and I both bring our cars here.
It's locally owned and the guys know what they are doing. Overhearing their banter years ago is how I found out AWD/4 wheel drive cars need to have all 4 tires replaced if one gets a flat and it was sticky enough I remembered it when searching for a new car recently and it's why I stuck with FF.

My family and I used to bring our cars to this location when it was called Mowry Automotive. After Jimmy and his team moved their business in I have continued to bring my Impala and Blazer to them. Their prices are very reasonable and they have always gotten the job done quickly. The entire staff is always friendly to talk to. I have never had any issues after taking either of my vehicles to them. I will continue to bring my any vehicle I own to them as long I live in Fremont. I would definitely refer them to any family or friends.

My husband had to walk here because he was not allowed in the tow truck. Unfortunately, this was his only option. He had 1 flat tire in the rear. We had replaced the front two tires less than a year ago. They said because he has AWD they needed to replace ALL 4 tires. This made no sense to me since we just had 2 tires replaced less than a year ago which were still under warranty. We were taken for a ride! Buyer beware!!!!!

Last year around 4th of July I got a tire alignment for my Toyota Sienna. 6 months go by and my front tires were so worn wires were showing after having 75% tread at the time of the alignment. If the alignment was done correctly my tires would have still be good to drive. I highly do not recommend coming here for a tire alignment

The minute the advisor spoke, you can tell that their main goal is to charge you as much as they possibly could and pile on as much "work" even if un necessary. This alone led me to believe they are not the most trustworthy.
