Came in for an oil change and safety inspection since my daughter uses car for her long commute. Dhillon’s service person checked it out and found that the left front wheel hub was damaged and needed to be repaired. They also found that the front brakes had only 10% life left. I left the car overnight and Dhillon Automotive did the repair right away. Cars runs great and price was very fair and competitive. Will continue to have Dhillon service all my vehicles despite living in Alameda. Thanks .

I haven't needed to use Dhillon Auto Repair for an actual service, but they are really nice people who helped me in a pinch. My car died around the corner and I needed a jump, and they quickly offered their jumper box for me to borrow. I walked to their shop, took the jumper box to my car and jumped quickly and successfully, then drove the jumper back to the shop. It really helped and I appreciated them trusting us. Thank you again!

We have been going to Dhillon's for over 10 years now for both Honda Pilot, CRV, and also Mercedes, and I like that they do not upsell you services. I like that they are honest about what needs to be done on the car, and there's no pushy sales that happen, which many dealer service departments try to do. Jassi really knows his stuff, and is really easy to talk to, and I appreciate his honesty always.

I began taking my 2006 Toyota Prius to Dhillon Auto Repair, at 37247 Fremont Blvd., in Fremont, California on May 13th, 2020. I began service for my Prius for the 120,000-mile recommended maintenance I got from The Fremont Toyota dealer. My car had, at the time, 164,676 miles. The man at the dealership told me about the 120,000-mile maintenance because it included more than the 150,000-mile service job.

My family and I love coming here because of how honest the staff is. Brought my Chevy Sonic in one time while it was still under warranty (thought the issue may not be covered) and rather than trying to get my business right then and there, the manager told me the issue is most likely covered by the warranty and I should check with Chevy. Really stand up people, highly recommend!

I graded it 4 stars now it's 1 star, my car tire mysteriously got flat after repair when it was fine, at first maybe it was my fault so I took it to a big name brake repairer (won't name) and they found the tire damage, it wasn't your typical nail in the tire, but a slash in the tread, Now one might assume someone's got it in for me but this was in the tread on a tire which side is facing towards my neighbors so who'd want to incriminate themselves too, plus the slash looked like it was done while the tire was deflated

They probably don't realize that customer service and respect is key in more business as happy satisfied customers will gladly refer other people. Rudeness doesn't get you anywhere. So if you're looking to be treated well, take your business elsewhere.
We took our car for a full service years back only to find there were bolts and screws that were missing after they serviced it. We tried to give them another chance thinking there would be an improvement on customer communications but that was obviously a mistake. Needless to say, we didn't even get past booking an appt with

Horrendous.
I called into Dhillon Auto Repair and told them the problem I was having with my Toyota 4Runner. He told me to have the car towed in and they would check it out. I bring the vehicle in and he said the problem is very minor. He shows me small cracks in the radiator cap and is certain that is the culprit. I leave it overnight for them to further evaluate it.
I call the next day multiple times and don't get any responses. I walk in and one of the mechanics tells me the vehicle is ready and outside. That's great. I get the bill. 70 dollars for 30 minutes of evaluation and

Honesty is well and good AFTER one gains a customer. Not before you have gained their confidence.
The boss's curt style of talking is rather off-putting. When you cant take one more minute of your precious time to answer my questions, am not sure I want to do business with you.
Will give it one more try. Lets see if they live up to their famed honesty.
