We absolutely couldn't be happier with the pool that Smith Custom Pools designed for us! We told them a few ideas we had for our pool and they created a beauty that far exceeded our expectations. This company started working on our tiny pool back in February 2019 and they have yet to finish (October 2019). Still waiting on fire bowls. This was the worst experience ever. Many workers told me with such a small pool, it should have been completed within 2 months. They knocked down our brick fence and now the HOA is coming after us to fix. If the company would have put the bricks up in a timely manner I'm sure HOA would not have noticed. We now have to pay HOA about $2k for brick wall and landscaping that SCP messed up. Major worker turnover.
