We used Venture 2 years ago to replace/repair some of our equipment. We began having issues with other equipment a few months ago and called them again. I have had to repeatedly call and/or email, as I asked for someone to come out, determine the problem(s) and give me a quote. It took weeks (almost a month to be exact) for anyone to come out. Once they did, he said they would send a quote. That has now been another month. (Again, I had to call 3 weeks in to ask when we were getting the quote) If they don't want/need the business, just tell me and quit wasting my time!

We couldn't be happier with Venture Pool's services. Our pool looks terrific, and Venture's staff has been courteous and professional without exception. Their fees are very reasonable. Before finding Venture Pool Company, we used a string of unreliable pool service vendors. Venture Pool Co. cleaned up the swamp-like mess left by the last vendor at a reasonable price, and we no longer have to worry about irregular servicing or price gauging. Venture Pool Co. is a family run business, and they clearly take great pride in providing excellent service. I wish we'd found them

I have had 2 other pool services since I purchased my home here in Houston 5 years ago. Venture Pool Company was recommended to me after the services I had tried did not live up to my expectations. I just upgraded my pump and filter to more energy efficient models. Venture Pool Company was great from beginning to end--from assessing my needs and going over all the options. I must give an extra star to Jeremy who installed the pump and filter. He is fantastic and my pool has never looked more clear.

Let me first start by saying I've met both owners (& brothers), Andrew & JR; I like both these guys, they seem really nice. I rent a home with a pool, where the owner pays for pool service. JR provided our initial service, and got the pool looking good. He said our regular tech "Austin" would be the one to take care of us from that point on. Austin only came out for one service, and I never saw him again. JR came back and did two more services. The next week no one showed on the scheduled day (Wednesday), but then my wife heard a knock at the door early on Saturday morning
