Now that your doctor has referred you to us, it is important that we prepare for your appointment. For an initial consultation appointment, you can expect to be in our office for approximately one hour. We ask that you come early to your first appointment to complete the necessary paperwork. This is standard paperwork for release of medical records, insurance verification, HIPPA compliance, and most importantly your past medical history.
