As my idiopathic peripheral neuropathy is progressing I decided to try Select Health. Per Dr. Shapiro's instructions I started drinking the nitric oxide drink morning and evening. After about 10 days I started having painful headaches. When I let him know his response was "we can no longer treat you" if you don't drink the drink. No comment about my headaches. No "I'm sorry for your pain and distress". I had already lost confidence in him and Select Health. But his lack of empathy was shocking.

The office is very nice and clean. My experience was smooth. The receptionists were very friendly and the appointment did not delay. The nurses were very nice and very cooperative. The staff gave me full information and answered all my questions which made me very comfortable. I recommended this office to my friends for body contouring and I will definitely be back for IV hydration too.

Visited Select Health today for IV hydration therapy. Was greeted by receptionist with kindness and respect. Appointment time was with no delays. Nurses went above and beyond their duty to insure I was comfortable. Also provided great explanation of what to expect from the IV therapy. The procedure was simple, brief, and I walked out with a sense of well being knowing I had found the right place to receive IV hydration.

I absolutely love this place.The staff at the Ballantyne location were very nice and friendly; And my procedure was 100% comfortable and effective. I was taken care of and checked on during the entire process. Anyone looking to shed some inches, I highly recommend laser lipo. I lost 4 inch's and 3 pounds in a 24hr time period.

The office staff was friendly. The nurse practitioners knowledgeable. I would give the staff a high rating. However Dr. Eric Shapiro disappeared after the initial upfront consultation. Once I signed up and prepaid I never spoke with him again over the course of 12 treatments (some once and some twice a week). He presented to me upfront a very different level of engagement and involvement across the program (my wife sat in during the consultation and pitch as an extra set of eyes and ears). For the money paid and commitment and time put forward as a patient, Dr Eric Shapiro should have checked in
