Ordered OVER $100 worth of food for my bills viewing party. the delivery was OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF LATE & didn't even get here until the start of the fourth quarter. called the establishment FOUR TIMES & they couldn't even locate OR get ahold of their own driver... what kind of business operates this way?! when the order finally arrived not only was all the food cold, but i had to sit there & listen to the driver give a blubbery & empty apology... DO BETTER.

Placed an order for a medium cheese pizza and 30 wings, $63. After waiting 3 hours on my order to be delivered, I called and the man who answered was very rude and unprofessional. After about 20 more minutes, I call again and ask for a refund, the man said ok whatever! And hung up on me. Now I have to dispute this transaction with my bank!

The owner Franco was so rude to the delivery driver and actually told him off when we were on the phone with him. I ordered through an app and part of the order was missing, that is when we called. Franco basically told the driver it was his and basically hung up on him. The driver and I looked at the other orders he was delivering and the rest of my order was not there. I called the restaurant back and asked to speak to Franco. I told him how unacceptable and unnecessary it was for him to treat the driver like that. He completely dismissed my comment and said he can't understand the driver

This is probably the worst barbecue chicken pizza I’ve ever had! The crust was very unflavored and BBQ sauce was sour and not sweet/smoky like most places. Pizza was like a cardboard box and was extremely bland/original from BBQ chicken pizza. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place for pizza, not tasty at all. Very disappointed!

Pizza was an hr and a half later then told. When I called it took 30 mins to get someone on the line only to yell at me for my address after I already gave it to him. Usually we love it here but customer service is lacking bad. We all get people don't want to work but at least be courteous to the customers who already paid!

Honestly terrible. On more than one order from this place - people that answer the phone are super rude, they clearly don't know when orders go out or are ordered since when you ask they throw a number at you that's super inaccurate.
Hours are false online, delivery times are straight up stupid long, people are rude and the food (which is rarely accurate) is just subpar. Go to any other pizzeria, you're better off. You legitimately don't care if someone orders boneless wings and you send them bone-in wings on more than once occasion. Then when you call and say it's late

Not sure what happened but I just got delivery and it has to be the worst pizzeria pizza in my life. It was about 15 minutes late and therefore cold. I warmed it in the oven at 250 degrees for 8 minutes. The crust was like thick cardboard (no texture or flavor and the sauce is very sweet, not even spiced.
Maybe it's under new management but I will never order it again. It arrived late apparently because the driver was looking for 32 as the address instead of 325. To his defence he tried calling me 4 x but my phone blocks unknown calls. That never should have happened though. The order slip

Disappointing. Ordered a sub - it was made wrong; asked for it toasted not lit on fire. I am SHOCKED that they let it leave their establishment. If they consider that something they are comfortable regularly serving their customers I am no longer a customer. I wish I could get a refund. Inedible. picture in comments.

I placed an order for 2 salads, a chef salad and a ceaser salad both with chicken from this store through Grubhub. On Grubhub they have the salads separated by chicken or no chicken… with an increase in price for the chicken. When our food arrived, no chicken on either salad and the ceaser salad did not come with the correct dressing.
When we called the store, I was first hung up on and then when I did get the manager he was incredibly rude and told us that Grubhub had their menu wrong and not his fault. However, when you go to look at their menu on their website
