Go for the great subs/great value: Take-out with 8 tables, down to earth workers. Once a week, I go here for the subs, almost always a cheap special available and when it is turkey I get it! The rolls in the subs are wonderful, whole wheat is available and good, they get toasted unless you specify otherwise.

I buy from them fairly often for work, and so this is based on multiple experiences.
1. They have the BEST chicken fingers, and their fried foods are amazing. Perhaps they are on top of changing the fryer oil, but holy cow they just do an amazing job.
2. They are busy, so your food will be ready on time, however if you love being coddled as a customer, that's not going to happen. Get your stuff and go! Very matter of fact, which is completely up my alley.

Great pizzeria/deli located in Lackawanna. They have a large extensive menu of different sandwhiches, subs, salads and pizza. Prices are about average for the area. The food was great. We walked in there with a group of 8 people and they managed to bring all of our food out at the same time and hot! I ordered a small chicken souvlaki salad and it was very big. I wonder how big the large salad is!! Everyone enjoyed their food. The service was eh... The one guy kept staring down anyone that asked for a cup for water to make sure they weren't stealing pop which was a little uncomfortable. There

So I ordered a delivery for a chicken salad I asked for cheddar cheese instead of mozzarella cheese and added bacon to the salad .. upon reviving the salad there was white cheese on it I assumed it was mozzarella I called and the owner said they only have cheddar jack mix when I asked for just cheddar way to communicate with your customers not to mention I got charged for extra cheese when simply I wanted to swap the cheeses out I won't ever order from this place ever again and when I spoke to the owner he didn't even compensate for his wrong horrible customer service and didn't

My office is right down the street and we literally order here at least once a week. I am a huge sub for lunch kind of girl and have tried several places in the South Buffalo/Lackawanna area and can say Broadway Bobby's is hands down the best! It's nice to go somewhere that you frequent where people know your name and the little things like ask if you're feeling better because they heard you were sick...everyone who works here that I have dealt with is incredibly personable.

My favorite place. I live walking distance to Bella pizza but since they serve grease and more grease I choose Bobby. Not only because its owned by my friend (chip Coffey) cousin but because the food is always good and consistent. Now if they would just put deep fried cauliflower on the menu I would be happier

This is a humble little restaurant with definite working class roots and we liked that aspect of it. The five cheese steak pizza was delicious and I highly recommend it. The hot wings had our party split. Two of us thought they were too salty. One thought they were great. Two others said they were just ok. I honestly wouldn't order the wings again but I would love to try the subs. Also the menu is enormous for such a tiny little place. Try it and you are sure to find something you will like.

Based on the Yelp reviews, we stopped here on our way through for my husband to get a sub.
Let's first talk about the actual restaurant - if you are standing at the counter, the floor in the back is filthy. If the sub was super good, I could possibly overlook that (maybe?) IDK...maybe with the rationale that you can't see in the back of a lot of restaurants and don't know what those are like and could potentially be like that....
But the sub...he ordered roast beef. He asked if it is rare (as we like super rare RB for a sub) and the woman taking the order said yes. It was not

Not only is this place serving some of the best subs and wings in town, but its pizza is quite good too. The prices are super fair and along with being fast and very nice at the counter, they are also competitively putting other local big name places to shame!
I dare anyone in the WNY area to compare thier local spot to this place and tell me its not on point or above thier competitors. Just down the road about a mile is the infamous Bella Pizza which cant even come close to the quality these guys put into thier subs.

They mess up your order practically everytime and if you get delivery and they mess it up it takes another 45 minutes for them to deliver the correct order. When they promise 45 minutes for delivery, be grateful if you get it within an hour to hour and half and your food is still hot! (Not likely) We used to order here all the time but just fed up with their poor service so we now order from Blasdell Pizza and their food is RIGHT EVERY TIME! And their delivery isn't so packed that the poor delivery guy doesn't have a chance to make it on time!

It's not on Broadway, and there are no Bobbies here (as in Policemen - it's British slang). If there were, they would have prevented the bizarre experience I had when I came here for pizza. The sign on the wall says "great service", but not so much if the delivery driver is around.

Another great place in Lackawanna to stop in for a quick and tasty lunch! I normally get a chicken Slovakia salad that is always consistent. Workers are friendly and always on top of the orders. Do not have to wait longer then 10 minutes to get your food. You can either eat in or carry out. This place also has delivery too! So when you are having that Saturday night party.or Sunday party game they can delivery right to your door. By far the best pizza and wings in Lackawanna, if you are thinking about ordering from Bellas think again.
