Ordered a few times to try to give them another chance. Place orders online for a certain pickup and show up at that time and several times they haven’t even started making the food and wait over 45 minutes for… it to be ready. On top of that there have been times when we pay for something extra and it’s not done. Poor/ slow service and disappointing overall

Always have to wait a hour or more from the time I am told then my food is cold. They don’t seem like they care about the customer service or their customers. When it was ran by the father the place was a lot more caring for their customers.

Love the IG page so I wanted to try them out. Pizza sauce is sweet so it’s a different taste for me but my son and I enjoyed. Chicken wings flavors we choose was medium and lemon pepper and they were great. Forgot to take a picture though unfortunately.

Seen their Instagram page so I figured I’d check it out. Workers weren’t wearing masks and I seen one of them eating toppings behind the counter. Food wasn’t horrible but was a little overcooked. Expected the Nashville Hot Tender pizza to actually be spicy but it was not at all.

I've been wanting to try Macy's Place for some time now after seeing their beautiful and inventive pizzas on instagram. Finally was able to order a couple pizzas yesterday. We ordered two small ones do we could try more than one. Pepperoni playboi is what a pepperoni pizza should be. "Best pepperoni pizza I've ever eaten." It is not your normal pepperoni pizza. Has anyone ever noticed that Macys pizza has an affiliation with pornhub ?! Next time you stop in look at the shirts that are worn by various staff members . What's next ? Pizza bus , bang bros style ? Anyways the food is pretty good . Weird and interesting pizza concoctions . Pizza taste a bit more creamy than others and that is a good thing . This places makes delicious pies, but they're NEVER ready on time. It's like they have a 5 year old running their operations and capacity management. Just tell people up front that it will be 90 minutes to make two pizzas, not the 60 minutes you're quoting.

I swear the workers take that the orders need to be clear to customers on what the specials are ... I asked for a 1/2 sheet pizza and a double order of chicken fingers and fries , and the guy that was taking… the order on the phone told me there was a special on a lg pizza, or half a sheet with 12 chicken fingers , so I okay it ... when I get home I noticed we had wings instead of fingers, the wings was so dry 🤮 , and I called back for the chicken fingers, and some girl said it was either wings or fingers with the pizza .... the guy on the phone didn't make it clear to me when I

I would put this place on par with the Elmo's, Duff's and Anchor Bar's of the world. Great food and awesome prices. Fully staffed kitchen, so they get your order to you in a timely manner.

Omg!!! We ordered there tonight for the first time since seeing them go viral and we are very picky about our pizza and wings. This place is awesome!!! The pizza was fantastic!! We ordered the white pizza… supreme for us and cheese and pepperoni for the kids.
The wings were straight up 🔥🔥🔥🔥!! Honey BBQ, Honey Mustard, Lemon Pepper. They couldn’t have been any bigger, saucier, or flavorful!!!

We originally came for the specialty pizzas- have a few favorites now, including blueberry kush. The traditional pepp is also quite good. Sauce is a bit sweet, which we like. For whatever reason, their small pizzas come out better than the larges so we order smalls. We drive about 15 min each way for this pizza, passing about 20 other places in between. That should tell you how much we like it. Service has always been fine. If something gets messed up they fix it. The place is always busy so patience is necessary. I would not bother with delivery.

Such a cool idea for a place but the service was horrible. I ordered online, gave them 2 hours to prepare for the order, and they still didn’t get my single pizza out to me until 50 minutes after promised time. They also told me it was going to be 15 more minutes multiple times and every time I checked in they hadn’t even put the pizza in the oven yet.
If the owner is getting this much traffic and online hype, buy a bigger place and get a better staff 🤷‍♂️

Extremely saucy to the point the cheese wouldn’t even stay on the pizza. Also wanted it well done. Drove 40 minutes for nothing. Not worth the hype

Everything, they messed up my whole 65$ order, had to be refunded. hate to waste my time and money, never again.

We got pizza and wings for the first time last night and the food was delicious!
The wings were perfectly cooked and crispy even after the 20 min drive home.

Ordered a pizza and wings over an hour in advance to be ready at 5:45. Got there to pick it up only to find out our order HADN’T even been STARTED. Over 45 minutes later of waiting it was finally ready. They didn’t offer any sort of money back or anything for the inconvenience. Absolutely ridiculous. Probably won’t be back after this.

I ordered pizza and wings combo , I asked for mostly flats and they literally gave me all drums.I had a total of 5 flats in a 20 piece order which is supposed to be mostly flats. I also ordered 10 honey mustard and 10 lemon pepper they both were salty SUPER SALTY idk how you even make salty honey mustard and the lemon pepper had garlic chunks in it. When I called to tell her about my order the lady had an answer for everything I said . When I told her the wings had garlic chunks in my lemon pepper she told me it was made that way. It's been quite a while since I've come to Macy's for a pizza and felt it was time to give them another shot. All-in-all, it was a better experience than last time, but there is still a couple things they could, and should, improve on.

Heard so much about this place - thought I'd give it a try. I wasn't sure whether or not they had slices available until I went in. Maybe it would behoove them to put a sign in the window stating that they have slices. The lunch special is $6.50 for two slices and a can of soda.
The service was pleasant but not overly friendly. Everything about it was unassuming. There was no place to eat inside which is fine.
The pizza - chewy and airy crust, but the kind of slice that's not well done on the bottom. Cup and char pepperoni was appropriately cooked. The sauce is on the sweet

This pizza place is the gem of Buffalo. They have some really unique and delicious pizzas. I usually get the sativa sunrise (chicken fingers, curly fries, jalapeño, and sauce drizzles) Their unique flavor combinations create pizzas, subs, and snacks like nowhere else in Buffalo. Truly one of my favorite food Instagrams as well.

Had another amazing pizza from here. This time we tried the cheeseburger pizza and it looked exactly like the pictures and tasted as amazing as it looked, just like eating a loaded burger. I love their creative options and will continue to try different items each time. Even if it's a 30 minute drive for take-out, it's more than worth it in the taste!

Macy's Place out-did themselves again. We were so happy to have them featured as a 'Pop-Up' at 42 North. It came to just over $19 for 2 slices and 4 logs. A bit pricey, but then again we didn't have to drive out there and were still able to try some of their best known slices and saucy logs. Great stuff. Friendly staff. The stuffed pepper pizza is amazing!!! Wings amazing, crispy on the outside juicy on the inside!!! The down fall...whatever that stuff is they call blue cheese, it’s watery and taste like corn syrup...so be prepared with your own stuff.
