In 1965, in the lunchroom of the IBM facility located in Dallas at 2911 Cedar Springs, 14 employees met and collectively deposited $150 to start IBM Southwest Employees Federal Credit Union and serve the financial needs of its employees. Worst experience ever. Whenever we try to access safety box they say its already alarmed. They aren’t not even trying to understand customers concern and trying to help.it already happened twice. They are showing attitude towards customers.Today we went by 1.20 pm that lady is saying its already alarmed. There is no proper notification to customers about the change of timings or anything.Please take this to consideration and say to your staff to have good behavior towards customer and if they don’t know any information they can’t say anything that comes to mind they need to verify before

I have moved to Florida and been tying to get my title information to the motor vehicle department so I can get my license plate.... Well I have tried to get the bank to send me the information and the department was asked to contact the responsible party as well and the bank refuses to answer for over a week... I have also tried to call the manager and he is not responding... Be aware of this bank!!!! I am in trouble with Florida, but I can't drive and no response for days Form the bank!!! I made a mortgage payment online on Mobility Credit Unions website On 12/02/20. Payment left my bank account. On 12/21/20, I receive a phone call from TruHome Solutions that my payment was never received and a late payment has been applied. Not to mention that my credit will be affected. TruHome can't retrieve the payment from Mobility. Mobility has to send it.

I have an auto loan with Mobility Credit Union but my credit report shows two credit reports for the same amount and same account #. One from Your Community Credit and one from Mobility Credit Union. Until this experience, I was happy with Mobility but this has cost me money at this point. There should be no reason why I am getting to posts to my credit bureaus for the same debt. It has negatively impacted my debt to income ratio. No assistance has been provided to date.

I was recently able to get a personal loan and an auto re-finance loan done at the same time. I worked with Linda Howard/Justin Stuart and they were both awesome! They were very helpful, I saved quite a bit of money and it was all done in a very timely fashion. I've had a checking/savings accounts with Mobility CU for years as well, way better than any banks. I highly recommend them and this institution for all your financial needs!

We love this bank, the service, the people, & everything about it. We have tried many different products they offer & even some they created specifically for us. The bank is very personable, the manager, Vice President, even executive Vice President would be available if you needed them! Celeste is incredible she works extremely fast & in her busy life she still maintains the ability to set reminders for us. Her work is quick & organized we never have to call twice. It’s hard to try new banks especially where you deposit your money but I not only assure you but guarantee you if you open an account

Let me start at the beginning - I have had an account with them over 10 years. They had a local branch here in houston which had great people and it was great. And even when that local branch went away I was satisfied with the service.
Slowly over time it just got worse - they simply didn't care.
I had requested to a get a debit card after mine had been compromised - I was even willing to pay for it. Having access to your own money seems like something the credit union would want to help with.

MOBILITY is the worst credit union on the planet. My car loan was transferred to this credit union and it has been nothing but a nightmare. First of all they have zero branches in Dallas. Second you cannot make a payment online without an outrageous fee. Third they have an app you can download but it never is working correctly. They make it utterly impossible to bank with them. Worst customer service. There is NO WAY to make your monthly payments without a huge fee

I would never use this bank again for anything they charge 12 to 15 dollars just to pay over the phone for a car payment even if you use the online service it is still 12 to 15 dollars i will never use this place again ever they should tell you up front what your options are first so i would have used a different bank .

I personally do not bank with Mobility, but my mother does. In the past two months, I have taken her to withdrawal money and have not been able to do so. Last month, one ATM machine was completely gone and the other machine was not operating. So we had to go to another bank to withdrawal money and she had to pay a fee to withdrawal funds. Yesterday, we went to the same location and the missing ATM machine is still gone and the other machine was working but had limited use. The machine wouldn't give her an account balance and it would only allow her to withdrawal $100. Not good for business

I bank with a credit union who offers shared banking. I went in to this location to take a withdraw after being told by my credit union any shared location will be able to assist with my request. I told the teller what I needed and she kept shaking her head as if she didn't know what I was asking but come to find out she was trying to tell me no. A simple " mam our location does not allow you to take that much out " would have been fine. However she did not know how to explain that she called her supervisor, who was able to explain that not all shared locations allow check withdraw

I have visited this bank 4 times in the last two months.
Oddly enough, I also conduct my banking elsewhere, and only visit this location to deposit money or checks.
Sadly, nothing bad can be said about the employees inside or their willingness to help you as they do care.
Although, super frustrating and disappointing when visiting this location, their ATM's outside at the drive-thru do not accept cash or checks in all the four visits I've had here.
If I were a customer here, I would wonder--why isn't a multi-million dollar

I would never choose Mobility for my main bank. Because, I bank with a San Diego based bank and live in Dallas, I have to complete all my cash transactions and deposits through shared banking with this bank. Nearly every single time I go to deposit cash twice a month, their ATM's are down! It is so unbelievably frustrating. And they won't take my cash inside the bank because of how shared banking is set up. Now that's not necessarily a fault of the bank but the ATM's consistently being down or not accepting cash is completely their fault. I LOVE my San Diego bank but having
