I'm giving this place a 2 stars due 2 the rude employees that vacuum out the vehicles, today was my 1st day coming here and I ask the guy what was the best deal and he laugh and stated look up at the prices, with that being said I ask for a manager and he stated he was and start laughing than a lady came out and explain to that he couldn't speak English which I didn't understand becuz he clearly knew what I was talking about. If a customer ask for a manager no matter they should directly get the manager not the lady that's working at the register. She had 2 come out and vacuum my car because the

After waiting over a week to hear back from the owner over damages to my car from a poorly executed service (oil dip stick was not properly replaced following an oil change causing oil to leak out of my car and spill over everything under my hood, drain my battery and kill my alternator), I was offered a "free car wash" for my troubles. What An ABSOLUTE joke. Do NOT bother taking your car here.

Extremely low effort. We got inside and outside cleaning and leather conditioning
- There were still crumbs in the back seat that are very easily vacuumed
- There were spray marks from the conditioner they used that they didn’t bother to wipe down
- The carpet in the cargo area of the SUV was untouched. I know this Bc there was just as much dog hair as when we brought it in.
Overall it was about as low of effort as they could have possibly given. My wife didn’t want to start a fight so she left the establishment but someone has to hold them accountable.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Value
The car seat and carpet cleaning services (with car wash included) were done with great care as my car was extremely clean afterward. They also have lots of staff so the wait time was a lot shorter compared to other places despite it being very busy.
