Dr. Minet Sepulveda is a fitness trainer, health coach, and chiropractor with a background in weight-lifting, body-building, and track & field. Though many clients come to Dr. Sepulveda for pain management, her chiropractic and athletic experience can also be utilized to help maintain physical and emotional health, and to attain your fitness and nutrition goals - whether it's losing five pounds or training for a triathlon!
During your first visit we will perform a thorough examination of your spine and extremities focusing on your nerves, muscles, bones and joints. We will provide financial options based on the type of care that's been recommended. Please be prepared to discuss which financial options will allow us to work together, remove your pain on a long term basis and correct the subluxations that are diminishing your body's natural healing capabilities.
She is an Occupational Therapist & Ergonomist with 17+ years of experience in the health care industry. She uses her rehabilitation skills and medical background to identify work-related risks affecting our musculoskeletal system. We use clinical nutrition with a integrative medicine approach to recommend healthy food choices. Eat full-fat milk products from pasture-fed cows, preferably raw and/or fermented, such as raw milk, whole yogurt, kefir, cultured butter, full-fat raw cheeses and fresh and sour cream.
Use only traditional vegetable oils-extra virgin olive oil, expeller-expressed sesame oil, small amounts of expeller-expressed flax oil, and the tropical oils-coconut oil, palm oil and palm kernel oil.Do not heat the fragile ones, buy organic, refrigerate. Take cod liver oil regularly to provide at least 10,000 IU vitamin A and 1,000 IU vitamin D per day.

Dr. Minet is wonderful! I practice Olympic Weightlifting and was having really bad back pain and decided to come see her. I was unable to train without pain even with very light weights before coming to see her. Since my first visit with Dr Minet, my pain has reduced so much that I was able to train at a heavier weight and go through with my competition/meet and now we are working on rehab and I've been seeing a lot of improvements. After getting the adjustments with Dr Minet, I've been sleeping more soundly as well. Would highly recommend seeing her.

I cannot say enough good about Infinite Body Health. Years ago, Dr. Sepulveda worked wonders on my hip. Through adjustments and prescribed exercises she got me feeling better again!
Once COVID hit and I started spending a greater amount of time in front of my computer, I quickly realized I needed help again. My neck pain and back pain from hunching over my desk was too much to bear.
In just a few sessions with Dr. Sepulveda and Jostin (the massage therapist) I'm feeling like myself again!
I highly recommend a visit to Infinite Body Health for pain relief or routine maintenance.

I found Dr. Sepulveda through a friend. I had carpal tunnel surgery in 2016 and recently had started to feel pain on my R hand, shoulder and neck again so i made an appointment for an evaluation. When i first walked in i wasn't sure what to expect as i have never had chiro care before. Dr. Sepulveda asked me about my medical history then explained what chiro care can and can not do. After the evaluation she adjusted me on a table that is a little loud but definitely felt relief on my shoulder almost immediately. I recently turned fifty and decided to get back into shape. Working out has never been difficult for me. I have been having pain and weakness in my right wrist. Multiple specialist Dr. visits and MRI found "no issue", but pain progressed and started interfering with my everyday activities. Just a few sessions with Dr.Minet has made me feel so much better! The pain and weakness has gotten better and my right hand and wrist is much stronger now. My posture has also improved so much that people are noticing it.

Dr. Minet is AWESOME! I love that she uses a full circle approach to healing. She has been helping me with a pinched nerve in my neck that was affecting my shoulder. With her help it healed quickly and we can now focus on strength, corrective, and nutrition! Everyone's situation is different and she adapts to that need. Minet is not only knowledgeable on human body function and movement, but also very understanding of how individuals' needs vary. All the exercises she prescribes have purpose and have helped me with my tight hips. Also, after having my first adjustment, I feel more flexibility and relief of the tightness I was feeling. I saw someone lift with excellent form so had to find out where they trained: Minet's Oly class at CrossFit Old County.
Minet has helped me eliminate bad habits accumulated over years by making small adjustments. Six months later and I am much more confident about getting under the bar. Added bonus, sometimes the class is lightly attended so it's personal training by a former world championship medalist.

I am so thankful for Minet!! I had numbness and pain in my hand from working out and after two sessions, Minet had it fixed. I do crossfit and have shoulder pain. Minet has helped me strengthen my shoulders to prevent further injury. I now see her regularly and feel much better about my overall mobility and pain management. I found Minet on Yelp and thought I should finally write a review and tell everyone how great she is. I primarily see Minet for personal training and love how much progress I have made over the past 3 months. I initially sought Minet out because I wanted to strength train but wanted to do it properly without getting hurt as I already have issues with my neck and knees.
