When she started having hand pain, our physician, prescribed pain and anti-inflammatory medication which only provided temporary relief. Over the next 2 years, she got worse and worse, seeing over 8 different medical specialists. The end result was that all her fingers would have to be amputated because of the gangrene.
Over the next two years we went to eight of the best medical specialists that money could buy. Each specialist gave us a different diagnosis and a different drug. The medical bills were piling up. I had terrible hip pain for over a year. I worked with various doctors but nothing helped. I am very happy that I found Dr. Wong. On my first visit, Dr. Wong did an X-ray of the whole body and asked me to wait for a day so he could evaluate my issues and offer the treatment plan. I was happy with this approach because Dr. Wong did not concentrate his attention on my hip, but decided to look at the issue holistically. I had 6 months of plantar fasciitis pain in my left heel. After surgery, finally, that same pain returned in only six weeks. I had to use a cane and had to retire from a job I loved. I am a pretty active and healthy individual, but I have been suffering from hip and leg pain for years. I tried various practitioners of acupressure and massage who were well known for their excellent bodywork. None of these were able to ameliorate the problems appreciably. I also worked through the Kaiser system and received x-rays showing nothing wrong with my spine. My lower back pain was so bad, I was practically bed ridden. In addition I had migraines, neck and shoulder pain. I have been suffering for over a decade. I could hardly sit up or stand. I am 42 year old and thought, “this is it for me physically?”

-really gentle treatment - no harsh adjustments
-everyone is the office is friendly and accommodating
-very high level of professionalism
-I felt the Dr. truly cared about his patients
Cons:
-treatment wasn’t too effective for me (after going for a year) lots of promises made that never were delivered
-lots of pressure to buy a year worth of treatments
-sessions last about 2-3 minutes after the first one (they book four people for every 15 minute slot)
-no tissue work done like some other chiropractors will do
-didn’t feel personalized. when I brought up an issue I didn’t

Dr. Wong is a very talented and committed practitioner of ABC -- helping my 13-year long journey with chronic pain go away. He's super passionate, and clearly isn't tired of improving his craft, no matter how long he's been in the business -- a true sign of greatness! I've tried everything, and finding Dr Wong has been a true life saver. Couldn't walk for more than 5 minutes a year ago, and his technique has got me walking 10 miles a day easy. Looking forward to continuing to get better and better.

For 4 long years I suffered constantly, I felt miserable and hopeless. The pinched nerves in my back was so bad that one day it took me 40 minutes to even get out of bed. I was SO frustrated and my family was so worried, they too felt hopeless.

Feels like I just got scammed. After being shown a per-visit price list on my first visit, I was then recommended that I have x-rays on-site (which, of course, is quite expensive in and of itself). On the second visit, I was immediately told that I could only buy an enormous package of visits to continue (costing several thousands of dollars) because running per-visit would take "hiring a ton of staff". This was all-in a waste of several hours and hundreds of dollars.
