I needed an oil change again and dropped off the car at around 7:50am. They got it done I'm assuming pretty fast but I never got a phone call. That is a pet leave of mine as I always follow up with my customers which is important. Please make sure to follow up and call the customer when done. I could have got the car during lunch instead of scrambling. Very close to work at I plan on going back. Still a fast oil change and they do other services. Thank You.

Bought 4 new tires for my service truck. The weights were scraping on my brake calipers before even leaving the parking lot. They had to beat the lug off one of my wheels putting a earge dent in it. Less than a month later all eight lug nuts sheered off on my way home. Called Leonard's and they told me that someone tried to steal my wheels and tires and it wasn't their fault. BS I live in Edgewood and they never torqued the wheels. Cost me$300 for a wrecker. Stay away

I just realized almost a month later I never wrote a review for this wonderful business! My son and I were traveling cross-country during our move to AZ and I came out of the hotel to find a severely worn tire.. Rather than risk it I looked up tire places and Leonards was absolutely the right choice. They could not have been nicer and swifter in replacing two of my front tires so that my son and I can continue on our way to Phoenix. Thank you Leonards!!

Leonard tires has treated me great! They fixed a tire with a low leak in 15 minutes as where Big-O tires told me the wait time was 3 hours!!!! Also, when I was getting my tires changed the told me my back break pads need to be changed, gave me a very reasonable quote with no pressure to go with them. I came back because of that. Love them!

AMAZING customer service. I had somehow damaged my inside sidewall on my drive home. I stopped in without an appointment because I heard a strange noise (air!) They gave me a free set of rear tires (used, but still - my tire was irreparable) to use until my tires came in later this week AND they didn't charge me for today's service. Bonus: they always treat me with respect even though I am a woman (which is my number one issue with tire shops.) It's my third time in over the past few years, and they are just outstanding, always.

Competent car repairs, but they overcharge.
I had stopped going to them, because I suspected they were overcharging for non-standard repairs (meaning, you go in for an oil change and it's the standard price, but an engine repair costs hundreds more than it seems like it should). In the last few years it seems like other shops around town also seem to be overcharging, some are even worse, more like 30% - 35% more than what the job should cost!
Recently after being overcharged at a different shop, I gave them another chance to give an estimate. It came in so high I left and got an estimate

I highly recommend Leonard Tire. I was in Albuquerque helping my Son move to California. I came into Leonard's about twenty minutes before closing on a Friday. They went out of their way to help me get setup with a U-Haul trailer. I needed to get parts for my hitch so I could tow the trailer. They stayed late to help me out. Their extra effort made getting the move done in the time allotted.
