The staff at Hawthorne Waterstone community has been amazing since my move out of state. Maintenance staff has been extremely helpful and precise helping me with bulky items I couldn't move into my apt as a single woman. The property is always clean and the updates and upgrades are stellar! I made a great decision choosing this property for my first apt. home in NC.

The staff at Waterstone are wonderful and takes care of their residents well. Anytime we need something, there is no delay in ensuring our concerns are addressed in a timely manner. The location is easily accessible from the highway, so it doesn’t take any time to head out to work or anywhere. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the area as well.

Hawthorne is a beautiful new complex . Just moved here from another state . The staff here is nice and helpful . Defiantly would recommend checking this place out if your looking to move to a nice brand new community . The apartments are huge and all fully updated. The walls aren’t thin so don’t have to worry about hearing your neighbors . Which a lot of people get nervous about living in a complex . But don’t have too worry about that here. Also the maintenance guy that works here is extremely nice , and on top of things . Not that there’s much things that go wrong because it’s a new
