We are a pet friendly apartment community! We are pleased to accept cats and dogs. The following non-traditional pets ARE allowed: turtles, non-poisonous frogs, domestic hamsters, hermit crabs, gerbils, small domesticated birds, and domestic fish. Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable.
We strive to make sure you stay informed and have the tools you need to protect yourself and your belongings. A great renters insurance policy will do just that and is a requirement to live at our community. Covers you for damages related to water, fire, smoke & explosion (Not All Carriers cover these!).

7/25/21 Update… the ant and pest issue is out of control, and did I mention you can NEVER use the pool because it’s so crowded??? Yeah, I guess the two guest per lease holder doesn’t apply to ANYONE. Why am I paying this much to NOT have access to the amenities?? Oh and if you have a concern (Godzilla lives above me with a dog the size of a horse) forget ANYTHING being done. I am sleep deprived because of the inconsiderate clod but keep getting unacceptable excuses when I contact the office. Back in the day (Courtney, Tyler, Jen and Katie) this place was great, now… not so much at all.

I have been residing at Alexander at Countryside for over a year. This past February I chose to lease a larger unit because I loved the community so much. Here lately things have begun to go downhill. This past Friday I noticed that my air conditioning was not blowing cool. I called the leasing office at about 5:15 pm. Of course, this is considered an urgent issue because this is Florida. I also have a dog that I am very concerned about. The emergency maintenance crew did respond to my call but could do nothing to repair the ac unit due to it being after hours and lack of supplies. I understood

Raymond & Toby have made our relocation seamless from going above & beyond during our short visit to find a new home to making the process simple & stress free during the application and move in process! We are so excited to live in our new home!
The property is beautiful and has everything that was on our must have list! The people in the community have been absolutely delightful! This has been a fabulous relocation experience!

Wow, what a beautiful place to live. Don't let looks deceive you! The floors/walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. Oh, and don't count on management to do anything if your neighbors have parties with a sound system. Management will tell you to "call the police", who doesn't even spare their time on a noise complaint and absolutely nothing gets resolved. Not to mention, if you complain to management they say "well remember, this is a wood frame community!." So move here if you want to have sleepless nights, careless staff, and constant frustration. 0/10, thanks for nothing Alexander

I moved from Texas here and was fortunate enough to have met Toby right after moving in. My movers scratched up my floor and Toby was kind enough to advise me how to repair it. He even gave me his personal home sample of floor wax which is working great. The Alexander is fortunate to have Toby who is such a cordial and helpful maintenance man. I cannot go without saying that William also has assisted me in coming over and power-cleaning the entry area and ridding some debris with always a smile to make your day.
