Chris worked with me on the sale of my mom's condo, and he was amazing! I had limited time to get it on the market and sold. Chris worked extremely hard in a short amount of time to make it all happen. His communication with me was fantastic ~ always responding to my texts within minutes and also conveying to me any important information within a timely manner; no question or concern was left unaddressed. Our experience with Encompass was fabulous! We moved out of state, bought a new home, moved in and tragically lost our son a month later. Chris knowing our situation offered his expertise. He knew our house, the area and that our house wasnt really being shown. He priced it correctly, had open houses and showings. Within a couple months, it sold. I recommend using this agency for your real estate endeavors.

When my wife informed me we were going to buy a new home closer to her work with room for my classic car collection my first call was to Chris. That day began a memorable adventure that led to our new Green Valley Poway home on 1.2 acres. About 2-3 years ago, my husband and I were selected by a homeowner to rent her home. The process is difficult at best, but we all knew it was a good match.
