I specialize in Buying and Selling real estate in San Diego since 2003. Working through both a real estate boom and real estate crash, I've gained experience with traditional sales, short sales, foreclosures, flipped homes and investment properties. I was born and raised here in San Diego. To be specific, I grew up in Rancho Penasquitos, Mira Mesa, Rancho Bernardo and Scripps Ranch.
Mira Mesa is one of San Diego's largest communities with a great location between the I-15 and I-805 freeways, south of Rancho Penasquitos, and north of Miramar. Schools to this neighborhood are part of the San Diego Unified School District, and many have won awards. Mira Mesa is also known for its abundance of various businesses, of employers, restaurants, retail shops, and fun family possibilities.
Rancho Bernardo is a large community made of two zip codes. The zip code 92127 of Rancho Bernardo is located west of the I-15, and north of Rancho Penasquitos. This side of Rancho Bernardo has newer communities such as 4S Ranch, Santaluz and Del Sur. Also for the community in 4S Ranch, a beautiful and newly built town center includes a Ralph's grocery store, Bed Bath and Beyond, Blockbuster and much more.
A Short Sale is when a homeowner and lender agree to sell the home for less than how much is owed. The lender will also typically agree to pay additional costs such as brokers fees, attorney fees and closing cost fees which means No Cost to You to do a Short Sale! Selling your home by Short Sale isn't a easy transaction and it takes months of negotiations with the Lender to agree to the Short Sale.

8 years ago, Paul helped us buy our first home in Mira Mesa. Back then, it was a house that had good bones and we knew that we had to put some work into it. Throughout the years, we renovated the kitchen, took away the popcorn ceiling, installed hardwood floors, remodeled the bathrooms, installed air conditioning, updated the yards, and put in double-pane windows.
