Judy and her daughter Jill were amazing from the beginning to the end. My wife and I found our dream home and Judy's professionalism and experience led to us getting it. I have worked with a handful of agents over the years and do not think we would have gotten the house if it wasn't for Judy. I am a trustee for a gentleman who was wheelchair bound for years, yet able to live independently in his home in Clairemont. Last December he was hospitalized, resulting in a three-month stay in a convalescent home, after which he moved to a board and care facility. I was hopeful not to have to sell his home in order to pay medical bills, but when it was determined his convalescence would be lengthy, I decided to list the house. A very unprofessional agent to deal with. A legitimate offer put in a house agent had listed, but never received a counter or response. The property had possible water damage from a claim in July 2012 denied by Farmers insurance. The house also had a living room converted from a garage and a master suite addition included in the sq ft listed. Asked the seller during offer to provide a remedy if any water damage is found during inspection and to provide permits for room conversions/additions.

Judy and her staff sold my NE Clairemont home in September of 2012. We made the decision to sell extremely quickly, but nevertheless Judy supported our timeframe and got the house listed on our target date, prior to Labor Day weekend. By Monday we had secured multiple offers. She did a fantastic job managing the buyers, taking active measures that ensure buyer financing went through. She knows the Clairemont market better than anyone. Customer service is 100%. I would highly recommend her.
