We met Brad & the seller's agent Michelle Serafini at the property. The seller's agent mentioned the private yard (which is partially gated) & we asked if we could put up a fence-she said of course. She specified a private side yard & a parking space. During escrow I asked Brad if there was a document that specified the private spaces were ours & he replied that it didn't exist.
Fast forward 2 months, we moved into the home & we found out those were all lies. We had a hot tub delivered, therapy for my husband's debilitating back pain. The next door neighbor yells at him upset he's being disrespectful

Brad and team are simply the best you'll find in San Diego. From initial contact, to making recommendations on what to spruce up, to actually project managing the spruce up work, to the absolutely gorgeous staging that perfectly highlighted the function, features and heart of the home, to the marketing plan leading up to the grand opening where we had 110 (!!) separate groups of interested buyers walking through our house in a 2 hour period, to the offer negotiation process where Brad really shines, and all the way through closing, they've got it all covered. Everyone knows selling a home can be extremely daunting and stressful, especially when you no longer live in the state where your home is being sold. We asked ourselves all the typical questions. Is it the right time to sell? Are we going to get out of it what we put in? Will we find the right buyer who sees the value of our home we loved so much? I had recently purchased a home and decided to renovate and list the home instead of renting it. It needed over $80k in work. Brad was there every step of the way, from picking out paint, cabinets, bathroom finishes to landscape and repairs. Most importantly he advised me on what not to do. Not to paint the exterior, not to retile the decking, not to waste money on fireplace. Brad had an extensive network

My wife and I recently purchased a home with Brad and his team. Debbie and Brad work together like you wouldn't believe. Debbie took us around to as many houses as we asked and more. Not only was she patient and attentive to our asks, she also helped us point out things in the house, and surrounding areas that we could of never thought of. When my husband and I both retired, we decided to sell our home where we lived for 27 years. My house in Rancho Bernardo sold in less than a week with multiple offers, while I was away in New Jersey for a family trip. Brad and I kept in close contact the whole time, despite the time difference. We reviewed all of the offers when I returned home, analyzed each one and accepted the best one for our situation. He kept me abreast of things each step of the way and continues to do so as we go through escrow and the final closing.

We cannot give enough praise to Brad and his team at Keller Williams. As first time home buyers, we didn’t know the ins and outs of purchasing and they worked with us through each step.
