Bizz is a great place for all your dry cleaning needs!! I travel to Dallas twice a month and while in Austin I would take my clothes to a cleaner in Austin but now I’m bringing my clothes all my clothes to Bizz!!

I used to come to this cleaner multiple times. Recently I discovered I was overcharged. The owner apologized and promised it wouldn't happen again. Then I caught them again with overcharging me. He then ripped up the receipt. He refunded the difference. I just thought to myself.. how long has this been going on?
I'll never return to this cleaner.

I had a wedding dress that needed to be cleaned before I donated it. When I told the owner I was donating the dress, he discounted the price. Not only that, Bizz Cleaner did an absolutely wonderful job! By the way, they opened up just before the pandemic shut everything down. Please consider helping to support this business.

The customer service is great and my clothes are always clean and ready. They work Etta hard to remove food sports from your laundry. I have used this cleaners for approximately 3years. This is the Flowermound,Tx location.

The couple that now runs the store are so sweet. They seem to know every customer that walks in the store and greet them by name. Quality of work is great! Prices are great! Do the 3 pants for $7.98

These people are horrible. I picked up my dry cleaning and when I got home I realized a pair of pants was missing. I went back to the cleaners and was told the manager would contact me. I called back 5 more times with no response. I never got my pants. These people were rude and very unprofessional.

Worst customer service ever. Does not respond to questions, confrontational, and lacked professionalism. They have credit card pictures of acceptance on the front door, but does not like to accept them because it cost them too much. First time and last time here. Need to find a better dry cleaner locally.
