I spoke to Rose on the phone about renewing my policy and was told it would be the same amount as the previous year. Then when I checked my account it was more. I called back trying to discuss it but couldn't get them to answer the phone and when they did I was told Rose would call me back and never received a call back. Then I emailed them which I got a handful of responses and that they would issue a refund. I still have yet to receive the refund and it's been over a month. This place a a joke and just wants to steal your money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

Great agency, very responsive and professional. I used this agency to insure my car and condo. I was very happy with their thoroughness and attention to detail, they got me a great rate on both and saved me money. They found I was lacking in important coverage and were even able to add credits which my other agent didn’t even bother to look for. This is an excellent agency I would give ten stars if I could.. highly recommend!
