I lived here for 4 years. It’s a nice apartment, with a lot of good features. The central air and the dish washer in the apartment was nice. If I ever had an issue I contacted the office and they always addressed it. I moved out because I was moving with my fiancé, otherwise I would’ve stayed. Office staff seems to change quite a bit but everyone has always been nice! If you are a good tenant and follow the rules and be respectful you won’t have any problems! :)

Terrible place to live after two years of living here they stuck a letter in my door letting them know they were no longer renewing my lease. They don’t believe in communication and stick letters in your door to do inspections every other week and can end your lease as soon as it’s time. Warning don’t live here !!!!

I called last night left message to check prices on these BEUTIFUL APTS and l got message first thing in morning from very nice lady named Tara she gave me all the info l needed was EXTREMLY knowledgeable regarding my questions and very kind anyone who is like this and on point returning calls proves what good place this is to live! Thank you 😊l want live there but lm on ssdi...and need one bedroom APT...or l would of moved in by now ...

The post below is inaccurate. This is an affordable housing property which is why anyone living in the apartment home more than a visitor (more than 3 consecutive days) needs to be included on the lease. It is for privacy that someone else's lease cannot be given to someone who is not included on the lease- not becaise they had "something to hide".

Wish I Could put negative stars. I haven't lived here, but my son lives with his mother and was told that he had to sign the lease because he turned 18, even though he lives at school an hour away. I called them to try and get a copy of the lease...just a blank one, not one with any information personal information on it, only to be able to read it, and let my attorney read it so my son knows what he is signing. The office worker...Deanna...was extremely rude and hung up on me as if they had something to hide
