I cold called David while looking for rentals for our daughter moving back to San Diego. David listened to my request, was friendly and took time to explain his business and how he could be helpful. Mind you, there’s no commission in this and basically he was doing us a kind favor. He sent me excellent information and offered to check out the validity of any rental I came across! Wow! Working with Dave and his team was amazing! We looked for the right luxury beach house in Del Mar that could also work as an investment property for years and throughout the process he was patient, willing to put in the work and always quick to respond and provide resources for work, assessment and truly anything we needed when we needed it to ensure success.
