Hello, my name is Paul Hurst. I was born in Honolulu, Hawaii. Raised by my loving mother (Nurse, University of Tennessee) and my caring but strict father (Career Navy, Master Chief, Nuclear). I have lived all over the USA due to my father's career. When dad left the Navy we resettled back in the south.
A home inspection is a comprehensive examination on the condition of building's structural, and operating components. Over 1600 items will be evaluated from the roof to foundation, and all systems in between. Each home inspection is accompanied by a detailed no-drama report, including photos and descriptions of deficiencies, both major and minor.
Paul was extremely professional and very thorough. He even took the time to show my fianc and I exactly what we needed to see and was upfront with all of our questions. Very trustworthy and will use him for all future inspections! I contacted Paul for an inspection after searching and reading Google reviews.

Reality Check Home Inspection did an awesome job of thoroughly inspecting the home we wanted to purchase. Paul pointed out deficiencies that we would not recognize and made very good recommendations. Paul was courteous, respectful and clearly knew what he was doing. Most importantly, he was patient to answer all of our naive questions. I contacted Paul for an inspection after searching and reading Google reviews. Paul came highly recommended and his star rating did not disappoint from my personal experience. From the initial call, he was friendly, professional, and very respectful. He completed the job in a quick turnaround and availed himself afterwards for questions about the report. He unlike any other I've worked with thus far did not require payment upfront rather did the job, sent the report and entrusted me to send him the money after the report was received. I would hire him again without thought and plan to continue

If you are looking for anyone to do any type of foundation inspections. I recommend Paul he is very professional and quick with his work. I had no problems whatsoever. Paul did an outstanding job on our home inspection. He is very professional, shows up on time, stays in communication with you and does a thorough inspection. We had our inspection report in less than 24 hours. The report was very detailed and the pictures that were taken of any concerns were great. Our realtor who has worked with many home inspectors was really impressed with Paul. He is the one to call if you need a home inspection. I contacted Paul this week on behalf of a dear friend of mine that is relocating to the fine state of SC.
