Brought my iPad Pro in to the store a few months ago after it was pretty badly cracked. The guys ordered a new part and replaced it. The service was quick and the iPad worked well at first, but slowly began to have hardware issues (dead zones in the screen). Guys said it was an issue with the part and that the screen was past warranty. Total service cost me over 340 dollars. I would potentially trust these guys with a smaller project, but the parts they use are sometimes faulty, so I would take the more expensive stuff elsewhere.

I attempted to replace my iPhone 8 battery and managed to tear a cable. I called various cell phone repair services in Austin, and ran up against "would not", "could not", or exorbitant prices. The friendly and competent young man at The Austin Cell Phone store fixed all I had broken as well as my cracked screen ... fast service, great expertise for a very fair price. This will be my "go to" place for any issues with my iPhone or tablet. Highly recommend.

I've had iphones for years. My iphone SE was acting up and I was about to throw it away. I took it to The Austin Cell Phone and had it looked at. I was told it had an old battery and all that it needed was a new one. I waited in my car and twenty minutes later went in and picked up my phone. It was fixed and working like new.
Then, the snowstorm hit and I was outside chain sawing some broken cedar from behind my home. A large limb hit my front trouser pocket where my iphone was. I had never broken a screen before and now had an epic "shattered" screen and "bent" phone case

Fixed my note 10 screen in just about an hour and a half. Not only did they fix my cracked screen, they put the best glass screen protector I have ever seen on my phone. Zero bubbles or a way for dust to get between the protector and glass like other tempered glass protectors. Very courteous and professional staff! Definitely the place to go to get your phone fixed.

I went to this business Thursday of last week. I needed my screen replaced because it had a green vertical line. The salesman was polite and very knowledgeable and they took my phone right away and it was a very quick process. But, two days later I noticed that my phone was cracked. I didn’t drop it or throw it or anything where I thought maybe this would mess the screen up. I just noticed it when I went to check my phone. Wow, what can't I say that's most epic about this company? Well, I did have a minor wait due to another service being done on another device but Hector, the young man working, gave me an estimated time that he was well under. Props to that.

After my Iphone7 stopped charging, I googled "why phone not charge, blah blah", did all that the interweb suggested and came to the conclusion that the phone needs to see a specialist. Yelp lets you ask for quotes from several different cell phone repair shops. Alfonso, responded immediately. He said they could take a look into the phone free of charge but he assumed that the charging port needed to be replaced,if that's the case, it'll cost 59 bucks.
I soon received other quotes from the other repair shops and they all said about the same thing, it would either cost me $25

I have a phone that isn't the latest and greatest Samsung or Apple, so, as far as quotes went, it was really about price. They came in FAR under anywhere else. I'm also guessing that having a less than popular phone may have attributed to some of the issues we experienced.
I paid for 50% of it up front (gave them my phone number) and then I waited. Nearly a week went by, and nothing. So we called. The screen hadn't been ordered. Ordered it again (giving them my phone number again).

I was only slightly freaking out Monday night as my cell phone refused to accept the electricity I was trying to feed it. I kinda thought something was amiss with my charger port as it had become unpredictable the last few weeks and Monday evening, it just gave up altogether. So, yeah, I was slightly freaking. Wow! I walked in about half an hour after breaking my iPhone SE screen. The guy (should've asked his name) got to work immediately and had finished repairing it in TEN to FIFTEEN minutes. It looks great and cost 60 bucks before tax. Very satisfied customer! Will definitely recommend to friends.
P.S. The same repair would have cost 130 before tax at an official Apple repair place.
