I moved to San Diego in 1991 to attend college and later, the fire academy. When I was growing up, my father was a Fire Chief, so from an early age I learned the value of helping those in need. We purchased a house with known water/mold issues. The company we planned to use kept dragging their feet and rescheduling us. Once we contacted Kenny - he was at our house the next day. He was very detailed with his inspections and clean up and flexible with us as we kept finding more and more mold. Kenny and his team were amazing. They were fast with perfection. I had a drain pipe leak in my bedroom wall which flooded my bedroom and closet. He moved my furniture, did his set up, fixed everything including cleaning the carpets, and then put all my bedroom furniture back. Amazing job and so thankful that I found out about him and his work.

I am a local real estate agent and got put in touch with Eco Flood (Kenny) on a home I was buying personally. It was exposed from my inspector that there were two main areas with current black mold problems, which is why I called Kenny. He was fantastic from the start and knew exactly what he was talking about. His service is top notch and he works quickly. He was also very responsive along the way. Kenny has responded to three floods in my units during the past few years....he is FAST, uses major heaters and fans and water extraction equipment. He replaces carpet pads (or carpets) and all the proper disinfectants. He is so much better than all the other flood companies iin town and he is reasonable (not cheap) . I love him.

Kenny and his team knocked this 40 gallon, 3rd story apartment flood restorarion out of the park for a great price. Within 3 days they had everything dry and restored, even after the water had been sitting for 3 days! Best of all, they were able to avoid cutting out the ceiling below the flood location with their awesome tools(looks cool too), which must have saved me hundreds. These guys are pros and if I ever have another issue, I know exactly who to call. Thanks Eco F&M!

Not only do they provide great service, but the professionalism and attention to detail is outstanding. And Kenny was very thorough in explaining things in a step by step process to help you understand what's to be expected or even your options. Floods/water damage can really make a mess of things. About a month ago, I experienced a flood in my home from a busted water valve. Once the water was secured and the valve fixed, Kenny and his team came immediately and started the water restoration. Kenny was very informative and explained step by step what was expected of the process. He was quick, patient, and reassuring that everything was going to be taken cared of. Last step was him and his team restoring the damaged carpet in which they did an outstanding job and it was cleaned to perfection. Well, in the first week of 2016, my husband Bruce and I experienced the fury of El Niño! Our backyard drains could not handle the downpour and unfortunately our living room flooded. Bruce quickly found this biz on Yelp (thank u Yelp!) and Kenny responded right away when he called. When your house has been invaded, it feels so good when caring professionals show up to help get things back to normal. These guys are very professional. Having to deal with flood and mold damage as a tenant or homeowner is stressful enough on its own, but not only do these guys do a thorough job cleaning everything up, they also communicate very well and do their best to accommodate your scheduling needs. Kenny Olson has been cleaning my carpets for over 10 years, probably longer. At one point I tried several different carpet cleaning companies (the ones that advertise on TV and radio a lot). They all tried to sell me add-on services. That is when I called Klean Karpets (who was recommended by a neighbor).
Kenny has always been honest and he beat the prices of the "other guys." He does a fantastic job. At one point I had 2 kids, 4 cats and 2 dogs living in my house. Kenny made my old carpets look new. Now that I have new carpets, I call him several times a year to keep them
