DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! These folks are thugs and thieves. We needed service for a small leak from water damage. Service Pro quoted us approx $2,200 but couldn't do the work in time as we were closing escrow on the home. These rip off artists came to our home,late, and verbally told us top price would be $3000. After signing about 30 pages of documents at 11pm...they did the work. Nearly a month later they sent the bill which was more than $6,500.00! When we tried to discuss the bill they harassed us with calls, put a mechanics lean on the house. I knew immediately this was how they do business
