I worked with Miranda to insure my house and car, and she has always been very helpful. In particular, for the car insurance, we had originally selected one policy that required me to install a monitoring up in my phone in order to get a discount. We didn’t know at the time that my phone was not compatible with this app. After calling the insurance company 4 times, and re-installing the app 3 times, the insurance company simply told me “Too bad, you can't get the discount". They need to work on their email relay and consistency of their members. I contacted them and got a response back within a day. I replied but then it was 4 days of no response. We needed auto insurance before we picked up a new-to-us car but couldn't get a response from them from Tuesday on into the weekend. I know they're busy so I thought they would get back to us soon, but ultimately we couldn't proceed so we lost our bid to the car.
