I've lived in Fountaingate for 3 years. In the beginning before new management took over it was okay. However, COVID really jacked up everything. The emergency maintenance number and on-call person is not proactive with returning calls for emergency maintenance orders. The breezeway walls in between the apartments are nasty with spider webs and bugs. They have only been pressure washed once and that was before new management but they keep the lawn maintenance cut and clean.

For most people who post 5 stars they live in full refurbished appartments who new a/c units and stoves, dish washers and finally refrigerators. But for some of we live in older units and unless yourwilling to pay a fee to upgrade to a newer unit which requires you to move put and into another one and then requires you to resign a new lease 🤔. Atm there are 25 units without working a/c units I wonder if they five star people are having to live in the 100+ dec weather with no flowing a/c to their whole appartment. For years this place has had years of neglect and has change owners over 4 to 5

ZERO STARS....RUN FROMTHIS PLACE. THE OLD MANAGEMENT WAS BAD, THE NEW MANAGEMENT IS WORSE. THE NEW MANAGER STACY IS VERY RUDE AND SARCASTIC. I HAVE NOT HAD MY AC FIXED FOR 4 DAYS NOW. HER ANSWER " YOU THINK YOU HAVE IT WORSE THAN OTHERS? DO YOU WANT ME TO COME AND FIX IT MYSELF? THERE'S NOTHING I CAN TELL YOU? YOU'RE JUST GONNA HAVE TO WAIT" NO COMPASSION WHATSOVER. DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS COMPLEX, UNLESS YOU'RE READY TO STAY WITHOUT MAINTENANCE HELP AND BE TALKED TO RUDELY

I have been here for 3 years and I have had a wonderful experience. I love the neighborhood. The apartments are well maintenance. The neighborhood is quiet with no drama!!! I feel safe with my kids playing outside because of the safety of the neighborhood. My apartment is nice with new appliances and I have lived comfortable over here for 3 years. The staff has been very helpful and always have made me feel at home.

I have lived here for over a year now, the office staff is amazing. Great customer service. The manager is first class. She keeps the property nice and she makes sure that the residents are taking care of. She is very personable and caring. If your looking to move, I highly recommend Fountaingate!
