The woman said lips were her passion and she knew the Trendy styles. She gave me a Russian Doll Lip she said I would love, she didn’t show me a picture first anyhow it’s a traditional duck lip, Trendy from like early 200’s when lips first began, but not at all trendy now. Horrible experience at the MedSpa! :(
Paid 1,400 for 4 acne treatments for my teenage son. He went and used 2 of the treatments that did not work at all and made his skin worse. His dermatologist told me that was a bad idea using laser on active cystic acne.
We agreed for me to use the rest of his laser package by the end of my 4th session Anu was telling me to pay another $450, completely forgetting that I already payed and pushing me to get another new package while she was still working on my skin in the laser room.
She is not kind and greedy sales woman and too busy to remember you as a

Be assured that you will feel comfortable and safe with the COVID protocol being implemented here. I am new to the med-spa experience and particularly apprehensive during these months, but Anu and her staff are so professional and genuine that I felt an immediate calm.
I have just had IPL; Anu explained the process beforehand in a detailed manner so there were no surprises. I did not feel a sense of rush that one sometimes feels in a medical office. Will I go again? Yes! Would I recommend this office to my friends? Yes!

RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! Would never go back to this place, I arrived for my appointment on time and wasn't seen for almost 45 minutes late. First off the front desk told me I had rewards in my loyalty account and that there were discounts available for the fillers I was paying for without a Groupon that I decided to add once I was there. I got juvederm xc in my naso labio folds (smile lines) and Kysse in my lips.
Booking the appointment was easy online. Then they emailed me to confirm my appointment. Dead silent until the day before. They texted to confirm and make sure that time still worked for me.
Mind you, it's covid time so things are different...
Mask up, come in and if there are too many ppl in the lobby (i.e. more than 1) you might need to wait in the hallway (its a big medical office building). They'll have you swish with anti-viral mouthwash

Medspa California was such a pleasant experience. I called in to see if there was any availability and even though they were pretty booked they accommodated my sister and I. The receptionist Emily was even so kind and worked around my schedule. Once we got to the facility, Emily was so delightful and friendly that even my 14 month old nephew thought she was a family member. I absolutely LOVE Medspa and specifically Anu. I've been coming for the past year to try botox, lip fillers, and laser rejuvenation. Anu is always very thorough in explaining or answering questions, as well as in the treatments themselves. She is honest about the pace of the improvements, which aren't always immediate, or may take multiple visits. It's totally worth the investment. I'm 49 and very pleased with the results.
