I've recently visited Encore for lip injections. In the past, I had received 0.75ml in my lips over 3 years ago that never made a difference (from somewhere else). I stumbled across Adrienne's Instagram and was so excited to book an appointment with her. After paying for a $50 consultation fee, I was informed that she would not take me on as a new client until I had my previous filler resolved (3 years ago) and get another procedure done before moving back to lips so I was a little annoyed at that but it all worked out.
I ended up seeing Ellie and I'm SO glad. I love her so much

My wife visited Encore for the second time for facials. She has raved about them after her visits. I can say her face was glowing today. When I arrived to pick her up, I was a little early. When I went inside to wait for her to finish up, the staff was very friendly and hospitable towards me. If u want to treat your wife or significant other to a spa day Encore is a must!

Follow-up to my Encore Med Spa review in October regarding visit late June, 2021. I am happy to say that the Encore team as well as Adrienne reached out to adjust my fillers and address my dissatisfaction via a complimentary vial of Voluma for my cheeks. The results were fabulous!
Adrienne was professional and expert at her craft with just the right touch up needed for perfect results. Her concern over my previous dissatisfaction was obvious. She really cares about customer satisfaction and making sure each client achieves maximum results.

On here for my second outstanding review for Encore MedSpa. Since finding Adrianne she has been the only one I trust with my lips and I absolutely love her work, but recently saw Ellie when Adrianne was booked up and I had an amazing experience.
Super knowledgeable (she's an ER nurse, so definitely in good hands), and really sweet. She saw me for a two week check up on my lips and I mentioned the heaviness I was noticing in the lower half of my face, and especially around my nasolabial folds. We talked about threads and made an appointment. Quick procedure, and the results I saw were amazing

Encore MedSpa is the BEST and has the most amazing staff. I see Adrianne for my lips, Dysport and PDO brow lift. Her attention to detail is not like any other. I've come to a point where I just ask her to do what she thinks is best for me . She keeps all my procedures natural which is what I like. I couldn't ask for a better provider.

Adrianne has been doing my lips for a little over a year now and I've been so happy with the results! Everybody at Encore medspa is so kind and welcoming and the place is super nice and clean!
I was super nervous getting lip fillers for the first time because I didn't want them to look obvious or overfilled. Adrianne listened and knew exactly what to do. She made me feel really comfortable throughout the process and I loved the results so much I've been back three times since!

Adrianne is literally the best. I had previously had lip filler done with someone else for my first time. BIGGEST Mistake ever, the previous nurse messed up my lips. I was impatient because Adrianne was booked around the time I wanted my lips done, so I went to someone else in Salinas . I should've just waited . I scheduled an appt with Adrianne 4 months after my previous. Adrianne came to my rescue , she dissolved and filled my lips perfectly. I am in LOVE ! She is the best! I commute from SF to Walnut Creek , I promise she's worth it !

Probably the worst treatment I had-- I saw Adrienne for Dysport.
1. Non-transparent pricing - I have no idea how many units I ended up receiving. She treats "by area" which should be a huge red flag. A provider who doesn't look at the whole face when doing treatments is not experienced. Because we did brows only, the rest of my face muscles compensated and had INCREASED movement.
2. Dysport placement was not expert or artful- had FULL movement after my appointment with her.
I had to go to an expert provider to fix the botched job I got here. Outdated office and facilities-

I was really disappointed on how my lips came out. I said I wanted full lips because clearly I have none at all and the results looked the same as before. When I told people I got fillers they didn't even notice a difference at all. It just sucks I paid so much to get these (700$), and this is how it turned out..... Adrienne did them for any one wondering. She was really nice but just didn't give what I wanted ...

It was my first time getting lip fillers and I was a bit nervous. But Adrianne made me feel at ease and made sure I calmed down. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. And I have to tell you, my lips, I LOVE THEM. I am seeing them next month because I want them a bit bigger (my preference) and I honestly can't wait to see them! I highly recommend!!!!
