I hate leaving reviews but the lack of communication from the office staff there was frustrating to deal with. From being over-charged for rent After I had already moved out and then on top of that i get another bill for move out fees that were from issues they neglected to address. I’m am so glad to be finally gone from there and never have to deal with them again…….. unless who knows……. They could have a “move out move out” Bill we shall see.

We have been living here since October and all I can say is it's simply amazing, everyone is very welcoming and helpful. The community really feels like home and the amenities are awesome.
The only downside is the wait for availability, but if you have the time it certainly is worth it. We really couldn't have picked a better place!

My boyfriend and I love living here! From day one, we have always felt like it’s a great community. The office staff is also always super friendly whenever you see them. We don’t have any pets ourselves, but we love seeing all the dogs around the community. It’s a very friendly place.

My boyfriend and I have had such a wonderful experience with the guys in the office, especially Drayson! He made everything so easy and answered all of our questions. We are starting to move in a few things and I'm so happy that we can do that it will make the moving process so much smoother. The property is gorgeous! Thank you to everyone who helped us find a wonderful place!

Smooth move in process, great price especially with all the smart home features and amenities. I love it here. If you don’t like dogs I’d say you’d probably not like it here. Mostly everyone has a dog and it’s always clean and welcoming. Love the pool area, lounge and hub. Also the gym is always empty in morning so it’s perfect for me. Sound proof so you don’t hear others. Great events they put on for the community. I really think they could charge more if they wanted for all that you get. Dallin in leasing was awesome. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking in the area

Really poor customer service. Front office never answers emails or phone calls. Front office sends unprofessional communications out to whole building. Dirty hallways, stairways, and garage. Some dogs owners don’t clean up after their pets. I believe there is pest problem in the building that is not disclosed to residents.

Fairbourne Station has been our home for three years. The facilities are great and well taken care of. The maintenance staff is quick, thorough and very flexible. The management team (front desk, property manager) are incredibly kind and easy to work with. We will continue renewing our lease here as long as we live in the area. Could not recommend ICO Fairbourne higher.
