Literally the worst place to live. The office staff is super rude, and they never respond to emails or phone calls, but they’re super good at making sure to call you ASAP when a payment is a day late. Also, don’t expect your 500 deposit back. They’ll just act like you never paid it. I’ve worked customer service my whole life and i would never talk to my customers the way they treat people.

Overall it seems fairly quiet. I love the amenities, especially the dog park being so close for my big and older dogs. The units are clean and renovated, and my kids are happy here. I do wish there was more parking available. I’m a single mom and have no reserved parking (until one comes available by my building) which makes it difficult. Especially at night.

I’ve been living here going on six years now. Can’t imagine living anywhere else. Peaceful and quite. I just wish owner would clean up after their pets. However, our maintenance crew does a great job cleaning up. I would love to see greener lawns.
Never had a problem with any staff members. They are willing to help with any issues.

So my wife and I applied which it is $250 for the “holding fee” which is refundable if you don’t get approved. And $50 per person applying. I used my dad as a guarantor because I’m waiting for an old lease buy out to clear off my credit. We paid and applied and my dad didn’t apply until the end of the next day and paid another $50. So $400 in and I call the office. She tells me we were denied because of that lease buy out and that was the first thing that popped up the moment I applied. BEFORE I paid another $50 for my dads application. I could’ve saved the $50 for my next apartment

My husband and I lived at Sandalwood for a little over a year and we absolutely hated it. The neighborhood was scary, like I didn't even feel safe walking to my door from my car. We had REALLY sketchy neighbors below us who we think had a sketchy occupation because their "friends" would knock on our door at 2am at least twice each week. They would BLAST music under us at all odd hours of the night and it would vibrate our apartment violently. To Sandalwood's credit they did handle my noise complaint promptly.

Terrible Customer Service.
I made an appointment, show up and the lady told me they weren't specting me at all. She was rude, when I got there she told me Well you are here so I guess I have to help you. But you are not in my calendar. I had a couple questions regarding the apartments and she said is all the paper and I keep asking her and she said that's why I am giving you the paper. Terrible customer service.

This apartment complex looks real nice from the outside, then you move in and they completely screw you over. My countertop has been broken since the day we moved in was told they would fix it. My A/C has been broken for who knows how long and they refuse to do anything. everytime they say it's fixed it isn't.

The first problem came when had already paid the deposit. We asked to see the exact apartment we would be moving into, and the employee showed us the wrong apartment. The apartment we were shown by mistake had nice upgraded features. When we found it was a mistake, we were very disappointed and asked if we could take the apartment we were shown. They said they couldn't but they would upgrade our kitchen faucet as a courtesy for their mistake. Of course it never

I have lived in these apartments for about 2 years now and I'm very happy to see new management here. The apartments are very nice with the wooden floors and granite countertops. The internet is decent it could be better but I have heard that they are working on making it better. One thing that I have a problem with is that I wish that the maintenance could be on top of things a little better then they have been. Other then that I mean it is a very nice place to live.

We've been looking at a few places and decided to make SandalWood apartments our home, we paid $35 for an application fee, $199 for a refundable admins fee, and when we decided to go else where, they said we can get our $199 refundable admin fee back. It will take up to 30 days because it was handled in their accounting department in Colorado. 30 days passed and I've called to ask what number or who I can talk to, to get my refund back.
