This place isn’t a good pick even if the rent seems “cheap” utilities aren’t included you pay everything. If you live here in the summer don’t count on a low power bill. Mine averaged about 150-175 a month during the summer. There was roaches and spiders and they never answered my request to fix the ac all they did was say I could buy a new one and take it when I move out. Floors are cheap, cupboards look like Helen Keller worked construction because they’re all uneven , they don’t fix everything before you move in. The only good thing about this place is the front desk managers

The redwood was my first apartment as an adult and I had a great experience! Everyone who employs the front office and maintenance are all very sweet. My maintenance requests were always completed in a timely order. Chelsea, the manager was always willing to work with me on things and always gave me the information I needed for my questions. The apartment landscape was wonderful and had many trees. The apartment itself was very vintage and cute (my style) and has a huge closet. I would live here again

The list of problems are endless! There are drafts from the windows since they aren’t properly sealed. Which causes mold to build up near the windows. Highly wouldn’t recommend if you are looking to have children around.
The pool is never cleaned! The front office said due to a chlorine shortage…but other friends/families apartments have their pools still open. Neighbors have had police called on them multiple times.
The lack of communication from the front office is horrible. I communicated 4 months

My future home! Was officially April 25. 2021! I was told that the place was 40 years old and there are a lot of bad reviews but the entire place just got repainted I had three maintenance issues that were all taken care of in my unit. about the air conditioners are built to heat and cool after a little maintenance on them they work just fine considering they're not newer units. And for me in a one-bedroom apartment the electric bill wasn't as high as I thought it would be especially in the summertime it is now August 16th 20 21 I'm disabled and everything is close by including bus doctors and

Place was highly overpriced. Many of the other tenants who lived there clearly dealt with serious mental health issues that were at times disturbing. It was not uncommon to see drug addicts and homeless people around the premises. The police were usually around for one reason or another. Various machines in the washing facilities frequently were not working. Do yourself a favor and find a place that is reasonably priced, decently maintained, and in a better neighborhood.

I like living here it's close to my duaghters school, a few restaurants and a grocery store. Everything I need is right there. The office has a great staff that are willing to help you out and make a payment arrangement when you cant pay the rent in full. The maintenance staff always takes care of any issues I have that same day.

Redwood Apartments are a scam! They will rob you of any money, and they lie in the process. They do not do their jobs properly whatsoever.
Me and my Fiance lived there for around 4 months, within the first week there was a shooting, one of the neighbors filmed inside of our apartment, and I was nearly mugged going out to my car.
They will only… show you their most renovated, cleaned, apartment, but what you move into is nothing like what they show. All of the walls had chips, the floor had cracks that cut your feet everytime you walked on it, the apartment was not cleaned before move in

Took over a lease here and it was the worst mistake ever. Do NOT rent from them. It’s a total rip off, not to mention the worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. We took over the lease at the beginning of February 2019 with less than 60 days left on the lease. We purposefully did this because we were purchasing a house and just needed somewhere to… stay while we were closing on our house.
