Upon move in, I was very excited to have my own place with my fiancé. While filling out any damages the apartment had on move in day, we noticed how many things were damaged. Screen doors, window screens, cupboards, bath tub, terrible paint jobs, etc. I ignored all of it. Wrote it down and left it alone. A year later, second lease signed, our washer stops working. It took a week to get maintenance to come in and try to fix it and now we’re having to wait two weeks for them to bring us a new washer. I had to drain it both times on my own as a disgusting smell was filling the apartment. A couple

Now in our 50s, over the years we've collectively lived in at least 20 different rentals, and The Enclave at Redwood is hands down the WORST place in which we have ever lived. No contest.
We ended up living here because we were lied to and scammed by the leasing agent when moving from another state. Our apartment has been infested with COCKROACHES from day one (something neither of us EVER encountered in a rental), was indescribably dirty when we moved in, and had (in some cases still has) a host of issues ranging from electrical problems/shorts, appliance failures, flooring problems/disrepair

Please do not move here no matter what, if I could give zero stars I would. First off the front office doesn’t answer their phones ever and you can’t even leave a voicemail. They are just in general very unhelpful. There is trash and broken glass everywhere and the common areas are nasty. No one picks up after their dogs and lots of people don’t even have their aggressive dogs on a leash. It’s not a matter of if your dog will be attacked, it’s when. Now our AC broke and I called the after hours maintenance and they were very unhelpful and hard to understand. We have to wait another day

My stay here at Enclave has been a very pleasing experience worry free!
I have lived at Enclave for over a year now, & my experience with Enclave maintenance has been a happy one. They have always responded to my queries
in a timely fashion, so I can go about my day worry free. Community is clean & well kept, also very quiet. Excellent place to live!

I live here and I really appreciate all that our apartment offer. Three staff and management are very friendly and they have worked with me on many occasions. My shower was having issues and I contacted maintenance they came right in and fixed it. I like the way the apartments are set up and my particular complex we all get along really well I'm super grateful for enclave at Redwood thank you guys!!!😉❤️💙💚
