I dropped my car off to them on a wed, they called sat saying it was ready so I picked it up on monday and I was charged $123 and the only part they changed was a gas cap 😡
I went back to the store the next day to have them explain my bill because I was confused why I was charged $95 for labor and $13.95 for a gas cap and my car is still surging/running high when I'm at idle
Bryan tells me they drove my car and it wasn't surging or doing anything, he acted like the parts they cleaned was part of the labor I was billed for.
Long story short my car still surges and they don't take any responsibility

I actually loved this Goodyear! They were able to get me in for a last minute appointment when no one else could. Plus they gave me a coupon for $10 off my oil change and a free four tire rotation. It only took them 45 mins to do everything and while they worked on my car I was able to go get some shopping done at the dollar general literally steps away. When j returned to the shop they advised me to get a new filter for my car and topped off all my fluid and tires just because. I love this place!!!

Abhorrent customer service. Why schedule an appointment when they will service customers ahead of you who just walk in? Staff is rude and inconsiderate of your time, the 'mechanics' sit around and smoke cigarettes in the service bay. It's a far stretch to consider them competent service technicians. I will never return to this location, head to the corporate owned Goodyear store in St. Matthews for a much better experience.
