Core Town Pilates
Pilates is the method to help accelerate the process of stretching, strengthening, body alignment and increased core strength. If practiced consistently, Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance.

Pilates' system allows for different exercises to be modified in range of difficulty from beginner to advanced or to any other level. Intensity can be increased over time as the body adapts itself to the exercises. If you are new to Pilates or new to our Studio please register your Account and together we will work on establishing an exceptional fitness program that will surpass any other fitness program you have committed to in the past.

In the heart of South Orange County, CA, Core Town Pilates is the game changing studio that is guaranteed to exceed your fitness goals. We pride ourselves on helping our clients build their core strength while also providing a program that focuses on establishing a full body workout, all while you are having fun!
Yes, Pilates can be looked at as a freestanding full body workout program or a nice compliment to your existing fitness routine. All of our classes are kept small, with a maximum of 6 people, which allows for one-on-one attention and instruction. We offer more class times than most gyms and other studios, ranging from early morning to evenings as well as weekends.
Our classes are full of Pilates exercises that aim to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. Although the exercises work all areas of your body, we will primarily work your core. This class will give you a full body workout, often utilizing "props" leaving you sore. Our Pilates group classes are designed to challenge the beginner and the practicing Pilates student.
Our Pilates Private Lessons are tailored to your unique needs. It is designed to not only make you feel wonderful, stronger and stretched out but it also improves your overall health & lifestyle. You get results all over boosting circulation, reducing inflammation, strengthening joints and keeping you young not to mention fit!

I have been going to Core Town for over a year now and cannot say enough about the experience. Not only have I lost inches but have gotten stronger physically and mentally. Jody has been inspirational and would highly recommend her studio.

Best Pilates studio ever!! I’ve been going for two months now and I can’t stress enough how amazing everyone is! Super clean (very Covid friendly too!) and the nicest instructors who push you and care about you. Jody and Lizabet are my go-to, and you cannot go wrong with either of them!! 12/10 you will not be disappointed!!

Core town Pilates is amazing! After having twins I was looking it get back into shape. I used to dread going to gym or doing any sort of work out and I can honestly say after a few months of Pilates I have NEVER once woke up and not wanted to go to class. You always get something new and fun for an entire body workout. All the instructors are amazing and I would highly recommend!

Core Town Pilates! What is it? Only the best place on earth. The owner, Jody Salamirad, has accomplished great things in the short time that she's been in business. My wife and I became clients in February 2020, which has changed our lives.
In the last four years, I've had numerous surgeries resulting in a loss of muscle mass and unstable balance, which is frustrating, to say the least.

Our neighbor referred us to Core Town Pilates, and immediately, Jody devised a personalized program to address these issues. Within 11 months, I have transformed my body, and I feel great.

Jody is an amazing teacher. She is fantastic at whatever level you are coming in to her. She pushes you to be your best and is always positive. My core strength improved SO much in taking her classes. You cannot go wrong with her great knowledge of the body and what you can accomplish. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

I really enjoy CoreTown Pilates! Jody is a fabulous coach that really holds you accountable to doing the positions and technique correctly. I've noticed I've become quite a bit stronger throughout my body and more limber with her workouts. I like the variety of programming in her workout sessions and the variety of different classes. She helps me be my very best. Her studio is always clean and she has a lot of different types of equipment to add spice to working out. Her classes go quickly and we do a lot of different things that work all areas of the body. I really can't say enough

Core Town Pilates is amazing! Jody is a wonderful instructor - she makes you feel comfortable, she teaches you, she pushes you, she genuinely cares. I was new to Pilates and Jody made me feel at ease while pushing me and my body to do more. In a short amount of time, I have seen a difference in my overall strength, in my back pain, and my core. Not only do I always have a great workout, but I have a great time as well - Jody is the best!
